Protect your pets with Scalibor for paralysis ticks & Activyl for fleas

Competition Ends: 14/09/2014
Prize: A Scalibor® and Activyl® prize pack
Sponsor: Scalibor® and Activyl®
Prize Value: $80.00

Australia’s peak flea and paralysis tick seasons is fast approaching, and Aussie dog and cat owners are being urged to avoid “protection paralysis”, due to confusion or disillusionment about which preventative treatments they should use.

Scalibor® is a paralysis tick collar that provides powerful, convenient protection for 3 months – the longest-lasting protection from a single treatment available in Australia for paralysis ticks and a major advance in its control. This means Australian dog owners only have to replace their dog’s Scalibor® paralysis tick collar three times during the paralysis tick season. Scalibor® paralysis tick collar for dogs is also safe for use in puppies from 8 weeks of age and is odourless.

For best results, Scalibor® paralysis tick collar should be applied to dogs 2-3 weeks before the start of the Australian paralysis tick season2 – in some areas, year round prevention may be required

Daily inspections of dogs for the presence of live paralysis ticks should still be carried out by owners following the application of the Scalibor® paralysis tick collar.

Activyl® is a new spot-on flea treatment suitable for dogs and cats, providing an optimum level of protection when used all year round with the perfect combination of efficacy against fleas and gentleness* on dogs and cats.

Activyl® works in a different way to conventional flea products, through “bioactivation”. This means it only “switches on” and becomes fully active once inside the flea, to deliver full flea-killing power for a month and it breaks the flea life cycle.

As the paralysis tick and flea seasons are commencing in Australia, we are giving away a Scalibor® 3-month Paralysis Tick Collar for dogs, and Activyl® Spot On Flea Treatment for dogs and cats.

For your chance to win this fabulous Scalibor® and Activyl® prize pack tell us “How long does the Scalibor® Paralysis Tick Collar provide powerful, convenient protection for?”
