Together with Balgownie Estate Resort and Natskin Day Spa, Jamaica Blue is giving one of our lucky customers the chance to be pampered with a luxury spa escape for two in the Yarra Valley.

T&C's

(1) The promotion runs from 9am 1st September 2014 to 6pm 30th November 2014.
(2) Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 16 years and over except directors, employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its related entities and the owner, directors, employees and immediate families of Jamaica Blue cafés.
(3) To enter you must visit the Jamaica Blue website (www.jamaicablue.com.au) complete and lodge the entry form located under the “What’s New” tab including in it your own original entry statement explaining in 25 written words or less, why you deserve a luxury spa escape. Entries other than on the entry form or accompanied by other documents or items will not be accepted. While the competition is open, you may enter as many times as you wish.
(4) Entries will be forwarded to the Promoter’s premises where they will be judged on 1st December 2014. On 1st December 2014, the winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The winner’s name will be displayed on the Jamaica Blue website (www.jamaicablue.com.au).
(5) By entering you agree that your entry becomes the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned. The Promoter may make copies or publish any entry in any form or media. The Promoter is not liable for any loss of entries.
(6) The best valid entry as determined by the judges on the basis of creative and literary merit will win the prize. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to it.
(7) There is one prize which comprises a spa escape for 2 adults to the value of AUD $2,025. This prize consists of (i) two nights luxury accommodation in a Privilege Spa Suite (ii) Full buffet breakfast daily (iii) Three course dinner for two on both nights of the stay in Rae’s Restaurant (iv) A bottle of Balgownie Estate Sparkling Wine on arrival (v) One dozen mixed bottles of Balgownie Estate Wine for the winner to take home (vi) Vinotherapy Spa Package for two – Grape-seed body exfoliation, red wine body mask, spa facial treat and Vinotherapy back and scalp massage (Two Hours Total)
( The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation. The Promoter is not liable for any damage or loss where a winner forfeits their prize.
(9) The spa escape must be redeemed within 6 months of the date where the winner is announced at which time it will expire.
(10) The winner consents to the use of his/her name, residential suburb and photograph for promotional purposes in any media.
(11) Entrants consent to the Promoter retaining their personal information and to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to future promotions. If after receiving the first email from the Promoter, you wish to opt out of receiving further information you may do so.
