1. This promotion commences at 12:01 am Australian Eastern Standard time on Monday October 14th and ends at 11:59pm Australian Eastern Standard time on Monday November 3rd.

Eligibility
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents – where a winner is under 18 years of age, prizes will be awarded only if the consent of their legal guardian is first given and obtained.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of Lenovo, Lenovo Resellers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
‘Hunt For Ashton Scavenger Hunt’ Promotion Details
5. An entrant must satisfy all of the following in order to qualify:
(a) “Follow” the Lenovo Australia and New Zealand Google+ Page

(b) For a chance to win a Yoga 3 Laptop, participants must find all of the “clues” located on Lenovo.com/au and submit them in the correct order on the campaign landing page.
The first person to submit all of clues in the correct order will win.(c) It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to seek all permissions related to any images or videos submitted. Lenovo takes no responsibility in images or videos used that are copyright or of another individual where permission was not sought.
(d) You must “+1” every “clue” page to win.
(e) There will be 3 back-to-back, 1 week long scavenger hunts, each with 5 clues to find. There will be 1 winner for each week.
(f) All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain an erroneous phone and/or email address or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may also be disqualified by Lenovo.

Following the posting of all clues on Lenovo.com and the correct clue order submission has been received, Lenovo will select a winner. The prize draw will take place at the offices of Lenovo at Level 10, 1-5 Railway St Chatswood NSW 2067 on the Monday after each week’s clue deployment. The winning entry will be notified by the email used when the submission was made. The winners must claim their prize by responding via email no more than 2 days after the draw date. Winners will be announced on the Lenovo Google+ page (https://plus.google.com/+LenovoAuNZ/posts).7. In the event of the prizes being unclaimed, further draw(s) will take place to determine the replacement winning entry. The replacement prize draw will take place at the offices of Lenovo (as listed above), 2 days to 3 months after the original prize draw date. The replacement winning entry will be notified by email on the same day.
8. The winning entrant shall receive one (1) Yoga 3 laptop. The prize must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash.
9. Lenovo’s decisions on all matters pertaining to this promotion are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
