Lottery 44 Travel Conditions:
Italy Conditions: Includes $1500 spending money, return economy flights for 2 from nearest Australian capital city to Rome, Italy, 2 nights 5* accommodation in Rome (twin share) and 10 day guided tour including 9 nights 4-5* accommodation throughout Italy. Travel is valid until 10 December 2015. Block out periods include 10 December 2014 until 20 January 2015 and from 20 June 2015 until 10 August 2015. Travel is based on set departure dates throughout the year and coach touring itineraries are subject to change without notice. If required, a similar itinerary will be provided.
Hawaii Conditions: Includes $1500 spending money, return economy flights for 4 (2 adults & 2 children under 12 years) from winners nearest Australian Capital City to Honolulu, Hawaii. 2 nights 4* accommodation in Waikiki in a 2 bedroom apartment & 8 days / 7 nights aboard NCL’s Pride of America in a 2-bedroom Family Suite including all meals on-board and activities. General Travel Conditions: Bookings must be made at least 60 days in advance of travel. All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select tour departure dates or seat class with airlines. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is no refundable or transferable. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Winner and companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Ticket prices: 4 tickets for $20; 10 tickets for $30; 16 tickets for $40, 20 tickets $50; 30 tickets for $60, 40 tickets for $80 and $2 each thereafter. PCYC GetAway Art Unions and VIP Gold Club are conducted in NSW and & Queensland under the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (NSW), the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW), and the Collections Act 1966 (Qld) and in Victoria under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and the Fundraising Act 1998. PCYC NSW and the other beneficiaries of the Art Union are registered charities. Entry in the Art Union is deemed acceptance of these Terms. Changes to these terms may be made subject to regulatory consent or restrictions. For example the draw date may be changed and will be notified via our website or by public notice in ‘The Australian’. Information on the ticket and these terms form the conditions of entry.

The telephone numbers we use are sourced from the public telephone directory and data suppliers. We only call at times permitted by legislation. If a call is inconvenient, you may request that we call back at either another day or time, or not call at all. Please be aware that charities are exempt from the Do Not Call Register Act. Should you wish not to receive any more telephone calls from PCYC, please call our Lottery Helpdesk (1800 729 946) or send an email and we will remove your telephone number by adding it to the PCYC No Calling list. Please note that it is the telephone number, not the name of the individual that is excluded.

If you would like to make a complaint or tell us how we can improve, please contact us immediately. To make a complaint please call our Lottery Helpdesk (1800 729 946) or send an email. Please Note: We are only able to action complaints where we are advised of the telephone number. This is because the first step is to verify that it was PCYC and not another organisation that made the call.
TICKETS
Tickets in the PCYC Art Union are sold to residents of NSW, Queensland, ACT/Canberra and Victoria by telephone.

www.pcyclottery.com.au. Entry is by purchase or by pledge to purchase entries. Entries are mailed or emailed to you. Entries are validated for the draw after payment is received. Entry tickets may be available at PCYC Clubs in NSW and St Kilda for the price of $2 per entry.
PAYMENT TERMS
To be eligible for entry into an Art Union draw you must make payment prior to the draw. Cash payment may be required in exchange for a valid entry at PCYC branches. Direct debit payment instructions must be received one week prior to the draw date to ensure payment can be completed. For other methods of payment, please call the Hotline, 1800 729 946. Payments greater than the agreed price will be rounded down to the next bundle and the excess will be accepted as a donation and a receipt issued. If your payment is received after the draw you will be entered into the next draw which dates are listed on our website. Any amounts paid in advance for entries in the Art Union are recorded in a prepaid account and then applied to the next draw. You may become an entrant in additional draws for additional prizes conducted with the main draw as a result of prompt payment or for payment by particular methods. Entry is open to the public and PCYC supporters however we require payment by a person over 16 years of age. Persons engaged in the management, sales or supervision of the Art Union and their immediate family are not permitted to enter. In the event that your paid entry cannot be entered in a draw you will be entered in the next available Art Union. PCYC accepts no responsibility for late payment or payment not received for any reason.
VIP GOLD CLUB
You can become a VIP Gold Club member by accepting our offer during our telephone call or by calling the Art Union Hotline on 1800 729 946 or filling out this form.
VIP Gold Club members are entered into all PCYC Art Union draws (up to 6 per year) and are also entered into a monthly bonus draw. The VIP Gold Club monthly draw is a Gratuitous Lottery under the NSW Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901. All VIP Gold Club prizes are published here and the prize winner informed by phone. A ll other winners are notified by mail. You will receive notice of your validated Art Union lucky-numbers by mail in the week prior to each draw. To qualify for VIP Gold Club membership you must enter and pay your first monthly payment for a PCYC Art Union and make subsequent payments for PCYC Art Unions by monthly instalments via credit card or by direct debit. You can choose to stop payments at any time by calling us. If less than $20 is received in total for any single Art Union, entries will be allocated to the VIP member at $5 each. As a result of VIP entry price adjustments and rounding some VIP members may find a variation between the amount paid and the allocated Art Union ticket entries. Should this occur, a maximum number of Art Union entries will be allocated, and any credit value will be rolled over into the next draw. For more information please contact the Art Union Hotline.
DRAW OF WINNERS
The draws will take place at the address advised on our website. Prizes will be awarded in descending order of value, to the first then subsequently drawn valid entry holders. Any Special prize draws such as VIP Gold, will then be made from the valid entries in those draws. Prizes must be claimed within 6 months of the draw. The Art Union winner's entry number and suburb are published at
www.pcyclottery.com.au and in “The Australian” within 7 days of the draw. Details of winners’ names or address are not published or available, unless authorised by the winner. Entry in the draw may not be cancelled after the draw. In the event of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, atomic war, invasion, or strikes, PCYC may in its absolute discretion cancel or postpone the draw and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to legislation and the draw will be conducted on a date notified on the PCYC website.
DONATIONS
Where funds are received as a donation or a minor sum is deemed to be a donation, and the amount is $2 or more, a receipt is issued.
PRIZES
Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. In the event that PCYC is unable to supply the prize shown, PCYC reserves the right to supply a replacement prize of similar type and value. All taxes, liabilities and costs not included with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Payment for travel prizes will only be made to a registered travel agent. Any car prize is ordered when the winner accepts the prize and must be collected within 28 days. Prize values are in Australian Dollars and are the recommended retail values at the time of printing.
