1. The Promoter is Wotif.com Pty Ltd ABN 81 092 257 504, 7 Baroona Rd, Milton, QLD, 4064. The permit numbers for this promotion are NSW: LTPS/14/07283 and ACT: ACT TP 14/03204 issued on 10/09/2014 and 16/09/2014.

2. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

3. Entry to the promotion is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years or over. Directors, officers, management, employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter, or the organisations associated with this promotion, and their related entities are ineligible to enter.

4. The promotion commences at 10am AEST, Wednesday 1 October 2014 and closes at 12pm AEST, Wednesday 15th October 2014 (the “Promotional Period”).

5. To enter the draw, participants must during the Promotional Period go to http://www.wotif.com/promo/fiji-competition/, follow the prompts to register their details including first name, surname, date of birth, email address, state, postcode and telephone number.

6. Only one entry via the method set out in clause 5 will be accepted per entrant. Entrants who enter using multiple aliases/email addresses may be disqualified. Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.

7. All valid entries will go into a random manual draw, which will take place at 2pm AEST, Thursday 16 October 2014 at Wotif.com Pty Ltd; 173-185 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first valid entry drawn will win the following (Prize):

i. Two (2) x return economy airfares from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane to Fiji on a carrier of the Promoter’s choice (value AU$2100)

ii. One (1) x return airport transfer for two people to Ocean View Bure at Wananavu Beach Resort, Fiji (value AU$100)

iii. Five (5) nights’ accommodation for two in an Ocean View Bure at Wananavu Beach Resort, Fiji; including two (2) x full cooked breakfasts daily (value AU$2800)

The prize is valid for two (2) people only, for travel up until 31 August 2015 and blackout periods apply.

8. The winner and their travelling companion must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier.

9. If the Promoter, after making all reasonable attempts to contact a winner, is unable to contact the winner or a prize is not accepted or claimed by 3pm AEDST, Thursday 16 January 2015, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and an unclaimed random prize draw will take place at 3.01pm AEDST, Thursday 16 January 2015 at Wotif.com Pty Ltd; 173-185 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The new winner will be notified by email and phone on the day of the draw.

10. The Prize will be provided by Fiji Tourism. Specific Prize details are at the discretion of the Fiji Tourism Board.

11. The Prize is valid until 31 August 2015 and must be booked at least 8 weeks out from the expiry date of 31 August 2015.

12. Any additional costs incurred by the winner (or their companion), other than those that expressly form part of the Prize, are the responsibility of the winner, including all other transfers, other transport, luggage costs, accommodation, other meals or beverages, passports, Visas, health and travel insurance, vaccinations or other medical or health related services, spending money, and any incidental, non room-only charges, including but not limited to, room service, telephone calls and internet usage or other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is advisable. The winner (and their companion) are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel insurance.

13. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance or availability of the Prize . If the Prize or any element of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize or element of that Prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of all relevant lottery departments in each state and territory if required.

14. Once the Prize has been arranged and provided by Fiji Tourism, changes to the travel, accommodation and other Prize arrangements must be made by, and are at the expense of the winner and their companion. Fiji Tourism is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the winner or companion as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner and their companion. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their companion are fit to travel. Any alterations or extensions to the confirmed Prize details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner.

15. The maximum total value of the prize pool is valued up to AU$5,000.

16. The winner will be notified by email and phone on the day of the draw. The winner’s details will also be published at http://www.wotif.com/info/promotions/competition-winners on Thursday 16 October 2014 for a period of three months. The winner’s details will also be published in a Wotif.com e-newsletter send.

17. Once the winner is notified by email and phone on the day of the draw they will be given contact details for Tourism Fiji to redeem and book their Prize.

18. In the instance that there is an unclaimed prize draw, the new winner’s details will be published at http://www.wotif.com/info/promotions/competition-winners on 16 January 2015. The new winner’s details will also be published in a Wotif.com e-newsletter send.

19. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to state regulation and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time subject to the approval of all relevant lottery departments if required.

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.

21. The Promoter may require entrants to verify their identity and age. Failure to provide this to the Promoter’s satisfaction will result in all of the entrant’s entries being invalid.

22. Entries must only be submitted in accordance with these conditions and will not be accepted in any other form. Computer generated or other automated entries will not be accepted.

23. Visas, passports and all entry, exit, health or other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited are the responsibility of the winner (and the companion). The prize winner (and companion) must possess a valid passport and be eligible to travel to the prize destination both at the time of booking and also at the time of travel.

24. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

25. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the Internet or telecommunications services.

26. The Promoter’s decisions in connection with this Promotion are final and correspondence will not be entered into.

27. As a condition of participating in the Prize , the winner’s companion accept/s these conditions.

28. Entrants acknowledge that there are inherent risks in some aspects of the promotion or the prize. By entering this promotion and/or accepting the Prize, entrants accept that risk for themselves and for their companion/s.

29. The Promoter may at its sole discretion declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid and prohibit further participation by an entrant in the promotion if the entrant:

i. Fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction;

ii. Submits an entry which, in the Promoter’s opinion, is not in accordance with these conditions; or

iii. Engages in conduct in entering the promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion or Promoter.

30. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the promotion subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or who has acted in violation of these conditions.

31. In order for you to participate in this promotion the Promoter will collect your first and last name, date of birth, telephone number, state of residence, postcode and email address. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion. By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the promotion for related research and marketing purposes. 32. The winner in this Promotion agrees that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material free of charge.
