Thanks for your concern.  We have the prize in our possession.  The cost of the watch is $250USD + taxes.

And yes, Chapter 2 of general protections and Part 23.  We believe there is nothing that is contravened.  All the data you're asking can be found in public domain.

So, US$250 + taxes equates to how much in US currency? Also, some of these taxes may not be due if the product was shipped outside of USA, as such, precisely how much was paid for the watch? I have also checked the Motorola (USA) website and there is an offer of free shipping if the order is over $75 and Australian customs duty does not fall due if the total value of the item is under AU$1000.

You have not answered all of the questions that have been posed to you. Please do so.

It is irrelevant whether jellychip believes that, "...there is nothing that is contravened."

Sounds dodgy to me as well - I just read this in the terms and conditions:

Quote: "8.Winner's List: To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addresses, stamped, #10 envelope to JellyChip Pty Ltd cc: JellyChip at . I have put in BOLD the things that look suspect and like they are misspelled or cut and pasted in...I could be wrong, but it all looks very unprofessional.
