Margaret River Gourmet Escape
At the heart of the Margaret River Gourmet Escape is the Gourmet Village. From the Siemens Chef's table to the Wine Theatre, Farm to Fork, Chef's Table and more, it's the perfect opportunity to taste the best of the West, prepared by some of the best chefs from around the world.
After the 2013 event Heston Blumenthal said "Honestly, I don't think that there is any other food event on this planet like this!". He was so impressed he's coming back this year and will be joined by the likes of Rick Stein, Sat Bains, Guillauume Brahimui, Matt Preston, Peter Gilmore, George Colmbaris, Hadleigh Troy and Matt Stone, just to name-drop a few!
At this year's Margaret River Gourmet Escape, watch tte knives and quips fly at the Siemens Chef's Theatre where some of the stars in action will be Sat Bains, Claude Bosi and of course, Heston and friends as the finale.
Get up close and personal with your chef idols at the Signature Sessions featuring Rick Stein, George Colombaris, Matt Stone and Paul West.
WA's home grown heroes will be dishing up local produce at the Farm to Table events, taking you to the heart of the region's farmers.
New to the world of wine? Join sommeliers Around the Barrel for a fast facts session and get your tasting hats on!
Margaret River is also home to some outstanding craft beers many of which will be lined up at the Gourmet Village Brewhouse tasting table. Meet the brewers, taste the beer and find out more about the amber in your glass.

Each prize is a double pass to Gourmet Village of the Margaret River Gourmet Escape on Sunday 23rd November 2014, valued at $80 double.
No other costs associated with redeeming the prize, eg travel to and from the state, internal travel, accommodation, meals and drinks or other personal expenses are included. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
The competition is open to all VisitVineyards.com subscribers and Members over the age of 18. Entries open 10th October 2014 and close midnight 11th November 2014.
