Entrants must be 16 years of age or over.
Promotion Period
The competition begins at 5:30AM ADST on Monday 20 October 2014.
Entries into the competition close at 11:59PM ADST on Sunday 30 November 2014.

During the Promotion Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form by providing the following details:
a. Contact details including name, suburb, state, and contact phone number; and
b. Answer the competition question (in 25 words or less), “Why is BP Ultimate Diesel is going to make your engine feel like new?”.
(b) Each entry submitted during the Promotion Period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges). The Judges will select the ten (10) entries they deem to be the “best” based on the Judging Criteria (in their absolute and sole discretion) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period; and
(c) the Station will telephone and email the winning entrants and award them the Prize as stated in the Prize Details.
(d) * Entrants will also be asked if they would like to receive further information from BP. If an entrant selects “yes” in the opt in box, the entrant's contact details will be passed on to BP. Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from BP by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in BP communications to subscribers.

Judging
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by Wednesday 3 December 2014 at the Promoter’s premises to determine 10 winners. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter in their absolute and sole discretion) based on, among other things, creativity, relevance for radio, originality and humour.
Prize Details
There are ten (10) prizes to be won, each consisting of:
(a) one (1) $100AUD BP Fuel Card (Card).

The Card has a stored value which may be used to purchase (or part pay) any goods or services at participating BP outlets which has an EFTPOS terminal, which is operational at the time of the transaction. BP does not warrant that the EFTPOS terminal will be operational at any particular participating BP outlet at any particular time.
Only one Card per transaction is allowed and it cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts
Minimum purchase on the Card in a single transaction is $5.00.
The Card cannot be reloaded and is not redeemable for cash. No cash out facilities are available to the Card.
Treat the Card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
The Card is not valid for use after the expiry date, which is printed on the card. Any unused value on the card prior in cash of any excess purchase amount.
BP will refund the unused value on damaged Cards, except where the amount of the refund is less than $5.00 or the Card number and magnetic strip is unreadable. This refund will be the last balance shown by BP’s records as remaining on the Card, unless you are able to demonstrate that this is incorrect.
BP (including its officers, employees, agents and representatives) are not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising in any way out of the use of this Card, including but not limited to, any purchases made with the Card, any loss you or anyone else incurs as a result of loss, theft or use of the Card by any unauthorised party, or as a consequence of the Card being unable to be use due to damage, a participating BP outlet refusing to supply goods or services to you or refusing to accept the Card, a failure of any participating BP outlet to accept the card due to the fact that the EFTPOS terminal is not operational or by any

failure in the EFTPOS terminal, which results in the card not being accepted at any time.
