HOW TO ENTER

Individuals will gain entries into the prize draw by undertaking the following actions. Unless otherwise noted each action may only be completed once by each person:

By completing an entry form via the One Cent Flights websites (this entry form will be provided at a number of different website addresses including https://www.onecentflights.com/win-a-flight and https://www.onecentflights.com/win between the promotion commencement date and close of entries date and time. Only one entry will be gained into the prize draw per entry form completion (one entry from entry form completion per person only irrespective of the number of entries completed using any form made available on the website).
An additional entry into the prize draw can be gained by a user placing a bid during any month during the period of the promotion on an auction published on the One Cent Flights websites (including https://www.onecentflights.com/ and https://www.onecentwines.com/). One entry only is gained from bid placing per person per calendar month irrespective of the number of bids placed during the period.
An additional entry into the prize draw can be gained by earning bid tokens through taking a required action with One Cent Flights' partners during the period of the promotion (one entry from earning per person per partner only irrespective of the number of times the person takes the required action with a given partner). The entry will be generated based on the first required action per partner completed and validated by One Cent Flights during the period.
An additional entry into the prize draw can be gained by purchasing any token pack on the One Cent Flights websites during any month during the period of the promotion (one entry only is gained from token pack purchasing per person per calendar month irrespective of the number of token packs purchased during the month). The entry will be generated based on the first token pack purchase during the month, regardless of type or size of pack purchased.
An additional entry into the prize draw can be gained by purchasing any product or service using the "Buy Now" facility on the One Cent Flights websites during any month during the period of the promotion (one entry from "Buy Now" purchasing per person only per calendar month irrespective of the number of "Buy Now" purchases). The entry will be generated based on the first "Buy Now" purchase during the month, regardless of the product or service purchased.
Additional entries into the prize draw can be gained by referring a user through the One Cent Flights referral system, should such a referral system be provided by One Cent Flights during the competition period. One additional entry will be gained per valid unique human user successfully referred and verified through the One Cent Flights referral system.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry, as do the standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of One Cent Flights (see https://www.onecentflights.com/public/info/terms-and-conditions/ and https://www.onecentflights.com/public/info/privacy-policy/).

Entry is only open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees and immediate family members of One Cent Flights and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

If you are completing this entry for another individual, you warrant that you have sought and received their permission, and that they agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry and the standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of One Cent Flights.

One Cent Flights reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one user account and entry form per person is permitted.

Promotion commences the 24th of June 2014. Entries close at 11.59pm on the 30th of June 2015. Draw will take place on the 10th of July 2015 at Level 1, 8 Rankins Lane Melbourne at 5pm.

The winner will be notified by email and the name of the winner will be published on the One Cent Flights blog (http://blog.onecentflights.com). The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The first valid entry drawn will win a A$3,000 travel voucher redeemable for flight tickets of the winner's choice subject to the following details. In all instances, these details are subject to the winner booking their travel through the travel agent nominated by One Cent Flights at the time of prize draw. In addition, redemption of the prize is subject to the specific booking details being available for booking by the nominated travel agent at the time the booking request is made by the winner.

Destination of flights: Any usual normally available travel destination chosen by the winner.
Departure of flights: Any usual normally available travel departure point chosen by the winner.
Number of passengers: Winner's choice of either one or two passengers travelling together on the same flights at all times.
Type of trip: Winner's choice of either one-way travel or return travel.
Duration of trip: Any duration period chosen by the winner subject to this duration period being available for booking at the time the booking is made through One Cent Flights' nominated travel agent.
Mode or class of transport: Any commercial airline flights on the airline of the winner's choice in the travel class of the winner's choice, subject to availability.
Payment of transfer costs: The prize does not include the cost of transfers to or from airports.
Spending money: The prize does not include spending money.
Accommodation, Meals & Entertainment: The prize travel voucher cannot be used to book accommodation, meals or entertainment.
Period for which prize is valid: Winner of prize must redeem the prize voucher for travel by booking with the One Cent Flights' nominated travel agent by 31st December 2015. If voucher is not redeemed by the 31st of December 2015 it will be null and void.
Not redeemable for cash: The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
Not transferable: The prize is not transferable to other persons. Redemption of the travel voucher must include the person who is the winner as one of the passengers.
Voucher is only redeemable for travel booked through One Cent Flights' nominated travel agent with the maximum total cost of the selected booking not exceeding A$3,000. However, the prize winner is permitted to make a booking that exceeds A$3,000 but in that event the winner will incur the cost of the booking that exceeds A$3,000.

Total prize pool value is A$3,000.

Prize includes provision of the flight, with full payment of any applicable booking fees and taxes paid by One Cent Flights (up to a total amount of A$3,000). Any costs or charges in excess of A$3,000 for the cost of the flight including fees and taxes as well as all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

One Cent Flights shall not be liable for a voucher, flight booking or flight ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified on any prize literature and the terms and conditions of the airline ticket.

One Cent Flights may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary at 5pm on the 13th of July 2015, in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date.

No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. One Cent Flights is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.

One Cent Flights assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.

Any entry where personal or contact details are entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.

One Cent Flights shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

One Cent Flights collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. All personal information collected is done so in accordance with One Cent Flights' Privacy Policy. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that One Cent Flights may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Furthermore, by entering the promotion each entrant agrees that they wish to become a user of One Cent Flights and receive regular email notifications from One Cent Flights about its business.

Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
