Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Entry is open to Western Australian residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Artex Shutters Pty Ltd trading as Boardwalk ABN (61137076334) of 151 Balcatta Road, Balcatta WA 6021 and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Competition is available to Personal Retail Customers only and is not open to Wholesale Customers, Commissioned Agents or Commercial Clients.
Entry is not open to clients using Finance options provided by Boardwalk or their finance providers.
Entrants must purchase a minimum of $1,500 from Boardwalk and pay the required deposit by Friday December 19, 2014
Entry is limited to one entry per household.
The Promotion period commences for deposits paid from October 18, 2014 and closes at 4:30 PM on Friday December 19, 2014.
The Prize winner will be selected at random at 10:00 AM Western Australian Time on Monday January 5, 2015 from eligible customers.
The first valid entry selected will win a travel package for two people to Singapore. The prize includes two economy airfares from Perth to Singapore with Singapore Airlines, inclusive of any taxes, but not including Travel Insurance. The Prize does not include any other transfer or expenses incurred from any other State or Territory or to Perth Airport from within the Perth region. To travel you must have a valid passport with 6 months validity from date of travel and travel between January 12, 2015 and March 31, 2015. Travel dates MUST BE CONFIRMED by January 30, 2015 with the travel organiser Travel Associates of West Perth and issued by February 27, 2015. Both tickets must be issued at the same time and winners must travel together.
Flights and hotel accommodation is subject to availability
Flights are not eligible for frequent flyer points
No responsibility held if airline changes flight schedules
The full cost of any extensions or changes to the travel prize will be paid by the prize winner
The prize or any portion cannot be redeemed for cash or changed for another airline or destination and is non-refundable
Prize includes 5 nights at Marina Bay Sands Singapore
Breakfast each day is included for 2 persons
Return airport transfers in Singapore is included
Perth airport transfers are not included
If the nominated hotel is not available for any travel date then an equivalent hotel and room type may be substituted by the travel agent
Spending money is not included
Prize does not include travel insurance or any required visas
The Winner will be notified by telephone and will also be sent a letter within two days of the draw advising them of their prize.
The Promoters decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with another prize of equal or greater value.
The Winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own the copyright of any such images and photographs and in all material incorporating the photographs.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
