Terms and Conditions of Participation:
The following terms and conditions shall apply to Win a pair of Economy Class tickets to Europe ("Campaign") which is organized from September to November 2014 by Lufthansa German Airlines ("Lufthansa"), situated at

1. Registration

    To participate in the Campaign, participants are required to
        Describe their perfect European holiday in 50 words or less, and
        Subscribe to Lufthansa newsletter by providing (i) first and last name, (ii) email address in September to November 2014

Participants are required to ensure that the information provided to Lufthansa for registration of the Campaign is valid, complete and accurate. In the event that such information is found to be invalid, incomplete and inaccurate, the participants will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign.

Participants are required to inform Lufthansa of any changes to the information provided to Lufthansa in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1(a) above prior to the Closing Date (as hereinafter defined) by email to sydsalessupport.gp@dlh.de.

2. Eligibility for Campaign

    The Campaign is open to all residents of Australia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
    Employees of Lufthansa are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

3. Other Conditions of Participation

    Participation in the Campaign shall be via the Internet. All entries for the Campaign must be submitted to Lufthansa via http://iRequest.com.au/dcf.php?id=acf046Nzg1OjEwMTg on or before 30 November 2014 ("Closing Date").

    An entrant's entry must not include: (a) any image or voice of any other person without that person's express consent. Entrants warrant that if any such content is included, they have obtained the express consent of the relevant person;(b) any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (which includes, without limitation, any content involving nudity, malice, excessive violence or swearing); and (c) any literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work, any audio-visual or sound recording, or any other item in which copyright subsists, unless the entrant is entitled to do so. If an entrant has any doubts about whether they have the right to include any content (for example, recorded music) they must not include it. By including any such content in their entry, the entrant warrants that they have the permission of the relevant copyright owner to do so and that this permission allows Lufthansa to use the entry.

4. Details and Conduct of the Campaign

    The winners will be picked by 15 December 2014 ("Draw Date").
    The winners of the Campaign must meet the conditions set in paragraph 1(a) and subsequently, be determined solely by their submitted content. The most creative entry will be selected to win.
    Lufthansa's decision as to the winners of the Campaign shall be final and binding on all parties concerned, and no correspondence will be entertained by Lufthansa.
    At the draw, Lufthansa may select reserve "winners" to replace any winner subsequently disqualified.

5. Notification of the winners

    All winners will be notified by electronic email to the email address(es) provided to Lufthansa as part of the registration for the Campaign by 31 December 2014.

6. Prizes

    Campaign Prize

The prize for the Campaign is:

        A pair of return economy class tickets from Australia to a European destination of the winner's choice (inclusive of fuel surcharges and airport taxes).
        The chosen European destination must be served by Lufthansa and Lufthansa Regional Partners (incl. Lufthansa City Line).
        Tickets must be issued by 31 March 2015 and travel must be completed by 31 December 2015.
        All travel arrangements relating to the flight tickets are subject to availability, as determined in Lufthansa's sole discretion.
        All applicable taxes (as per the date of ticket issuance) or surcharges that may be levied on the prizes and income tax etc. not specified in the description of the prize herein, if any, will have to be borne by the prize winner.
        The winner shall be responsible for procuring and paying the cost of all the legal documents and procedures in order to travel, including visas, taxes and any other documents.

    Non-Transferability of Prizes
    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item.

 

    Claim for Prizes

All emails have to be acknowledged within the next 2 working days after the notification email has been sent. Any email not acknowledged or any unclaimed prizes above shall be forfeited without any liability on the part of Lufthansa. Winner and travelling partner will be expected to provide the Organiser with proof of identity, as the Organiser in its sole discretion may require, including a copy of passport. No purchase or payment of any fee to Lufthansa is required for participating. The relevant prize will be collected at a collection venue as stipulated by Lufthansa.

    Replacement of Prizes

In the event the relevant stated prize is not available for whatever reason, Lufthansa may substitute or replace such a prize with another prize of equal or similar value.

    Prizes to be accepted "as is"

Lufthansa reserves the right to determine the specifications and composition of the prizes. The winners shall accept the prizes on an "as is" basis.

Lufthansa makes no representation or warranty as to the quality or fitness for purpose of the prizes, and all implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes are hereby expressly excluded and disclaimed. The prizes shall exclude installation, registration fee and any other fees incurred by the prize winner in connection with the use of the prize.

7. Promotional, Marketing and Publicity Activities
Lufthansa reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of the winners (including photographs) for publicity purposes and the winners agree to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by Lufthansa for such purposes.

8. Rules of conduct and disqualification
Lufthansa reserves the right to disqualify any participants from the Campaign who fail to comply with the terms and conditions stipulated herein, manipulate the participation process or the website of Lufthansa and/or otherwise act unfairly or dishonestly or who try to influence the draw by disruption, harassment, annoyance of employees/software of Lufthansa or other participants.

9. Frequency, Termination or Cancellation of the Campaign
Lufthansa reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Campaign at any time without any prior notice given to the participants and without the need to assign any reason whatsoever for such cancellation or termination.

10. Privacy Policy
By providing Lufthansa with personal information, the participants signify that he or she agrees with the terms of the privacy policy imposed by Lufthansa. If you do not agree with any term in the policy, please do not provide any personal information. For more information on Lufthansa's privacy policy, see the respective link on this webpage. In addition to the privacy terms set out, Lufthansa may also use personal information participants provide to send information about Lufthansa products and services (including via electronic means), and to its our related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) Lufthansa engages for that purpose.

11. Legal Proceedings and Liability
Lufthansa is not liable for any loss, late arrival, delay, alteration, manipulation and/or misdirection of emails and/or data during data entry, logging, transmission and/or storage which are caused by external data networks, in particular the Internet or as the case may be the world wide web, external telephone lines and/or other participants' and/or third parties' hardware and/or software, nor for any incorrect, missing, interrupted, deleted or defective data. In particular, no liability is assumed by Lufthansa if emails or data provided through Lufthansa's website do not correspond with the requirements of the system and are consequently not accepted by the system.

Lufthansa is also not liable for any theft or destruction of the systems storing the data and/or storage media, unauthorised alteration and/or manipulation of the data in the systems and/or in the storage media by the participants or third parties, or any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the winner or the winner's family members in connection with the use of the prizes.

12. Third Parties' Links
Lufthansa does not assume any responsibility for the contents of any third party websites or web pages, the links to which are available or found in the websites of Lufthansa. The availability of these links shall not be taken to mean that Lufthansa endorses, approves or agrees with any information available at the linked sites or pages, or any products or services that are offered at such linked sites or pages. Nor shall Lufthansa be liable for any loss or damage that might result from any use of such information, products or services.

13. General
By participating in the Campaign, the participant declares that he or she agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

Lufthansa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Participation without giving any prior notice to the Participants.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be held to be unenforceable under the applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions of Participation, without affecting the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Anyone else getting "This campaign has finished" message when you click on the link?    Confused

Actually now wondering if maybe it's because I entered already? Just noticed I've clicked it as entered and don't remember doing that today so perhaps entered in September.   Hahahahaha.
Then again just tried to enter on my tablet and got the same message.  What the?
