Terms & Conditions ‘Selfie with an Elfie’ Facebook Promotion:
1. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia.
3. Entry is via Kawana Shoppingworld’s Facebook page competition app
which can be found at
www.facebook.com/KawanaShoppingworld4. Competition closes at 9.00pm on Thursday 11 December 2014.
5. Winner will be drawn on Friday 12 December 2014 and notified
by phone and in writing.
6. Entries will be declared void if; mutilated or forged. Quality control
matters outside the control of individuals will not invalidate an
otherwise valid entry. No responsibility will be taken for lost,
late or misdirected entries.
7. Prize must be collected from the Centre Management Office at
Kawana Shoppingworld and personal photo ID will be required.
8. Prize is a Christmas Hamper valued at $500.00.
9. Winner will be drawn by an automated generator and the first name
generated will be declared the winner on the condition that none of
the terms and conditions of entry are breached.
10. Judges decision is final.
11. Participation into the competition is deemed acceptance of
all rules and conditions indicating that all details pertaining
to the competition are understood.
12. Kawana Shoppingworld management, contractors, retail employees
and their respective immediate families are ineligible to enter.
