1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of all Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion commences on Monday, 8th of December 2014at 09:00am and concludes Wednesday, 10th of December, 2014 at 23:59pm EST. (Promotional Period).

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18years and over, who submit a valid entry within the Promotional Period inaccordance with these Conditions of Entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its relatedentities and associated companies, agencies, suppliers, retailers or companiesassociated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Only one winning entry per entrant is possible throughout the Promotional Period.5. The post judged most creative duringeach of the Competition Periods will be awarded the corresponding prize:

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify thevalidity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who interferes with orfails to comply with the correct entry process, or who submits an entry whichis not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
10. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the timeof receipt. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. ThePromoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, late,misdirected or not received by the Promoter by the specified end date (refer toabove table) within the Promotional Period or for any delays in the delivery ofentries due to technical disruptions or for any other reason.
11. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot bevaried or taken as cash. If any of the prizes (or part of the prizes) is out ofstock at the time of redemption, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute theprize (or that part of the prize) with another of equal or greater value. ThePromoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize.Any operating, repair or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming aprize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
12. The winner will be notified by a Facebook post andwill be asked to private message Bosch Australia via the Bosch AustraliaFacebook with contact details. The winner’s name will be published on the BoschAustralia Facebook page.
13. If any winner cannot be contacted three days afterthe judging day has ended, the winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoterreserves its right to re-allocate the prize from all valid entries from therelevant competition day during the Promotional Period. Should the winner be inthe ACT they have 3 months to claim their prize before the Promoter re-allocate.
14. The winner should allow at least 6 to 8 workingweeks for delivery of the prizes.
15. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspectof the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and nocorrespondence will be entered into. Entries containing offensive or defamatorycomments or images, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights,including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win (and will beremoved from the Bosch Australia Facebook page).
16. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and itsassociated agencies and companies associated with this Promotion shall not beliable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (includingbut not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any personal injury orproperty damage) in connection with this Promotion or any prizes awarded in thecourse of this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded bylaw.
17. The Promoter and its officers, employees and agentswill not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete informationreceived or not received in the course of or in connection with this Promotionif the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the Promoter’s reasonablecontrol including but not limited to technical malfunctions or failures.
18. The Promoter reserves the right in its solediscretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believehas breached these Conditions of Entry, or engaged in any unlawful or impropermisconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from suchan offender are reserved.
19. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable ofrunning as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs,tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any othercauses beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect theadministration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of thisPromotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend,cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Promotion, subject to theapproval of any relevant regulatory authority.
20. At the request of the Promoter, the winner agrees(without charge) to participate in any promotional activities planned by thePromoter and consents to their name, image and winning entry being used in thePromoter’s marketing materials.
21. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administeredby or associated with Facebook. Entrantsare providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebookfrom any and all liability.
