1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion commences 12.00pm AEDST on 24/11/14. Entries close 5:00pm AEDST on 31/01/15 (‘Promotional Period’). Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who register with YayDay.com.au and complete the question “In 25 words or less tell us about the most important day of the year that you celebrate.” Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

3. Only one (1) automatic entry per Eligible Entrant.

4. The winner will be selected by the promoter and notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Total prize pool value is $429. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
