Terms & Conditions –Fiat 500 Promotion
Monday 1stDecember 2014 to Saturday 28th February 2015
1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
2. The ‘Promoter’ is West Coast Radio Pty Ltd and Mandurah Fiat Alfa Romeo. Entry is open only to residents of Western Australia except employees of West Coast Radio Pty Ltd and Mandurah Fiat Alfa Romeo (or their subsidiaries), agents, or members of the immediate families of such employees. Immediate family shall be deemed to include mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife or defacto husband and wife.
3. The competition runs from Monday 1st December 2014 and concludes Saturday 28th February 2015.
4. The format of the competition provides a 30 and/or 15 second promotional spot/s broadcast on 97.3 Coast FM encouraging listeners to enter various promotions over the above specified period.
5. Correct entry details must include name, address, age and daytime phone number.
6. There is one major prize being a Black, Fiat 500 registration number
MH 752W. The major prize is also inclusive of Stamp Duty, Registration, and Dealer Delivery. The prize does not include insurance which is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be notified either in person, by phone and/or mail.
7. On a date to be advised but not before Monday 19th January 2015 and not later than Saturday 28th February 2015, 97 names will be randomly drawn from all qualifiers who have either won a prize on 97.3 Coast FM between Monday December 1st 2014 and Saturday February 28th 2015 or those clients of Mandurah Fiat Alfa Romeo who have either bought a new or used vehicle or have had their car serviced (excluding Government and Fleet Vehicles) over the same three month period. Individual keys will be distributed to each of those qualifiers (on a date to be advised) where one key only will open the lock to the surrounding chain of the Fiat 500 – with the holder of that key being declared the winner.
8. Entry to the competition is either by way of listening to 97.3 Coast FM and winning a prize during the period of December 1st 2014 and February 28th 2015 or those clients of Mandurah Fiat Alfa Romeo who either buy a new or used vehicle or have their car serviced (excludes Government and Fleet Vehicles) over the same three month period. The promoter reserves the right to amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
9. A listener or listeners can win one prize only in a given 60 day period, meaning if they have qualified to win a prize, then they can not have won a prize within 60 days prior and therefore would not be eligible to win a prize within the next 60 days following. The station reserves the right to disqualify listener/s found to be in contravention of the preceding rule.
10. If the winner of the Fiat 500 is under the age of 18 years and/or does not hold a current Australian driver’s licence as at the date of delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle will be transferred into the name of an adult or guardian nominated by the winner. Both the winner and the nominated adult or guardian will be required to establish both their identities to the satisfaction of the station.
11. All entries become the property of the promoter. Entries not completed in accordance with the rules and conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. Entrants must agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes at any time without charge.
13. The promoter and associated agencies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
15. West Coast Radio Pty Ltd/Mandurah Fiat Alfa Romeo accepts no responsibility for accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of in conjunction with the competition either during or after the competition.
