1. How to Enter: Simply spend $30 or more on any schoolwear product and enter your details
at bestandless.com.au and tell us in 25 words to less what your favourite school activity is
and why?
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents. If entrant is under the age of 18 years of age,
permission to enter competition must be sought from their parent or legal guardian. By
entering via the entry form entrants accept terms and conditions that apply to this competition.
3. Competition Dates: Entries open Thursday 8th January and close 23.59 AEST on
Wednesday 21st January.
4. Employees and their immediate families of (i) the Promoter, (ii) companies or agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promoter is Best & Less Pty Ltd,
657 – 673 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt, NSW, 2040.
5. Multiple entries per customer WILL be accepted, but each entry must be on individual
receipts (no split purchases at the checkout).
6. The draw will take place on Tuesday 27th January at Best and Less, 657-673 Parramatta
Rd, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia. 30 winners will be selected based on creativity. Winners
will be contacted before on Thursday 29th January. Subject to meeting the requirements in
Conditions 1-4 (i) the Eligible Entrant submitting the first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
7. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal
guardian on their behalf. Proof of purchase must be proven prior to tickets being sent out.
8. The Prize: Apple Ipad mini, 16GB valued at $349 each.
9. The total prize pool for the competition is valued at $10,470
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility of any variation in the prize value from time of
printing.
11. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that for
any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated
by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not
be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered
or sustained as a result of, or in connection with the prize except for any liability that cannot
be excluded by law.
13. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoters shall not be liable for any entries that have been lost, stolen, forged,
damaged or tampered with in any way.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected, or for entries not properly
completed. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become and
remain the property of the Promoter.
16. The prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and
should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.
17. If the prize is unclaimed 96 Hours after winner has been contacted then a re-draw will
take place.
18. Eligible Entrants’ personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to
administer and promote this competition and its winner. In certain circumstances, the PI of
winners will be provided to authorities that regulate this competition. By entering the
promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use
this information, or disclose it to other organizations that may use it, in any media for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or
other compensation to the entrant. Eligible Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address

access to any of their collected PI that is still held. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all
requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.
