The Promoter is Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd. ABN 88 052 528 202 of Level 1, 293 Camberwell
Road, Camberwell, Victoria 3124 (Promoter).
By entering this promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms) and the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion may refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to
comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promotion Period
1.1 The promotion commences 11am Monday 12 January 2015 and concludes 11.59pm Friday 23
January 2015 AEST.
1.2 Entries must be submitted to the comments section of the competition status update on the
Bakers Delight Facebook page before the stated closing date of the promotion period.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia (Eligible Entrant) excluding: the
Promoter's employees, bakery operators, suppliers and their immediate families;
2.2 The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its sole
and absolute discretion.
2.3 An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age must obtain the permission of a parent or
guardian in order to participate. The winner must respond to being contacted regarding their winning
entry within 48hours be being contacted by Bakers Delight in order to claim their prize. Should the
winner fail to respond to the request to confirm their entry and details the Promoter is within their
right to select the next best eligible winning entry.
2.4 Eligible Entrants:
(a) can only enter the Promotion in their own legal name;
(b) must be individuals only and cannot be acting on behalf of an organisation or group.
(c) on notification of winning must provide their own legal name and confirmation of age to verify
their entry in the Promotion;3. Determining the winners
3.1 The prize winners will be determined by the Promoter's judging panel and process, selecting
the Promoter’s favourite response on the basis of creativity.
3.2 All of the Promoter's judging panel's decisions are final and binding on each person who enters
the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.3 Unless advertised differently, the prize winners will be notified via Private Message on
Facebook at the end of the Promotion.
3.4 If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms
or the Promotion requirements, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award
a Prize.
3.5 Winners will be notified by the Promoter via Private Message if their entry is selected as the
winner of the competition by Tuesday 27 January 2015.
3.6 The judging period begins once the Promotion Period closes.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Submit an entry in the comments section of the competition status update on the Bakers Delight
Facebook page.
4.2 Entries must directly address the question asked in the blog post by the Promoter.
5. Determining the winning entry
5.1 The prize winners will be determined by the Promoter's judging panel and process. The
decision will be made to award the prize to the entry judged to be the best entry in line with the
competition criteria.
5.2 All of the Promoter's judging panel's decisions are final and binding on each person who enters
the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 Unless advertised differently, the prize winners will be notified by email at the end of the
Promotion by Tuesday 27 January 2015.
5.4 If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms
or the Promotion requirements, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award
a Prize.
6. Prize
6.1 The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or sold.
6.2 The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied.
6.3 The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of

Prize value is correct as at the date of publication and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for
variation in prize value.
6.5 Products included in prize packages will be determined by the promoter in its complete
discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered.
7. Monitoring and Moderation
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to monitor and moderate all entries.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to remove any entries considered to be of an offensive or
defamatory nature.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove any entries that
it considers to against the spirit of the competition.
8. General Conditions
8.1 All entries will become the property of the Promoter and may be used for marketing purposes
at the Promoters discretion.
