HOW TO ENTER
Simply purchase any fresh lamb product from the meat department at any Coles Supermarket (excludes Coles Express), Coles Online or Bilo Supermarket between 14/01/2015 and 27/01/2015 (Coles Online customers need to have their order delivered within the promotional period), then enter the competition online as follows:
ONLINE ENTRY: Log onto coles.com.au/lamb and complete the online entry form by entering the receipt details from your purchase along with your contact details.
NB: Only one entry is permitted per transaction. Please retain a photocopy of your receipt (or tax invoice for Coles online customers) as proof of purchase for each entry submitted will be requested to claim a prize.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents. Employees of Coles and its agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter.
3. Competition commences 14/01/2015 and closes in-store 27/01/2015 (Promotional Period). Online entries close 27/01/2015 at 11.59pm (AEDT). Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter in its promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The draw will take place at 11am (AEDT) on 30/01/2015 at Focal Promotions Suite 1, 20 Wangara Road, Sandringham VIC 3191. Winners will be notified by mail and their names will be published at
www.coles.com.au from 6/02/2015.
4. You may enter as many times as you like provided that each entry is a separate online entry and only one entry is permitted per transaction. No individual product can be used for entry qualification more than once. In order to be eligible to claim a prize, winning entrants will be required to provide proof of purchase for each entry submitted by presenting a photocopy of their Coles receipt (or Tax Invoice for Coles online customers).
5. The first four valid entries drawn will each win a ticket package for 4 people to the Australia v England Cricket World Cup Match on Saturday 14/02/15 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground valued at $6460. Each prize includes 4 x premium buffet tickets and a $2500 travel voucher to contribute towards travel and accommodation costs. Unless otherwise stated prize does not include travel costs, spending money, meals, transport or any other ancillary costs, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize winner who cannot attend the event (even if the event date is changed) forfeits their prize. The next 300 valid entries drawn will each win a You Never Lamb Alone Backyard Cricket & Marvellous Chop That Apron set valued at $50. Total prize pool: 304 prizes. Maximum total value of prize pool is $40,840. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Only 1 prize per household will be awarded. If a winner is under 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on their behalf. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
7. Values of prizes are shown as a guide only, were correct at the time of printing and include GST where applicable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Should the items specified in item 5 above be unavailable or superseded the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of a similar replacement type and value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where relevant.
8. Subject, where relevant, to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authority, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a further draw to be held at 11am on 8/05/2015 at Focal Promotions, Suite 1, 20 Wangara Road, Sandringham VIC 3191. Winners will be notified by mail and the winners name will be published at
www.coles.com.au from 15/05/2015.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestions on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
10. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
11. Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking a prize.
13. We are collecting your personal information so you can register your details for the Coles Eat Lamb & Win Competition. You will be unable to enter this competition if you do not provide this information. Coles will not disclose the information provided by you unless required or authorised by law or in accordance with our privacy policy.
