2. The Promoter is the Queensland Performing Arts Trust, ABN 13 967 571 128, of Queensland Cultural Centre, South Bank Qld 4101.

3. Entry is open to all Queensland residents excluding directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families. One entry only per email address.

4. The competition closes on the date that is indicated on the competition page. No entries received after this closing date will be accepted.

5. The winner(s) will be randomly drawn from eligible entries.

6. The winning entrant(s) will be notified by email.

7. No responsibility will be taken for any lost, damaged, or misdirected entry forms.

8. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database and used for the Promoter's marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. The Promoter respects your privacy rights and will only use your personal information as indicated. You may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you.
