Wingecarribee Shire Council Competition Terms and Conditions What’s Your Summer Holiday Plan B?


A) Competition Dates


9th December 2015 to 5.00pm Tuesday 27th January 2015. The two (2) eligible winners will be announced Friday 30th January 2015. The two (2) eligible winners will be contacted by phone.



B) Eligibility


Entry is only open to:

    Individuals aged 18 years or over.
    Residents of NSW only.


B (i) Eligible entrants are not:

    current or past employees of the Promoter (or any operating agency of the Promoter, including the Roads and Maritime Services, and Bradman Museum (“Operating Agencies”));
    persons who have accepted an offer of employment by the Promoter (or any of the Operating Agencies); or
    immediate family members of any of the persons in the preceding two sub-paragraphs.



C) How to enter

Eligible Entrants during the competition period must tell Wingecarribee shire Council in 25 words or less, What’s Your Summer Holiday Plan B?

Eligible Entrants can enter via the following:
In person at Wingecarribee Shire Council, Civic Centre Elizabeth Street Moss Vale NSW 2577 and Bradman Musuem, St Jude Street Bowral NSW 2576 and at http://wsc.nsw.gov.au/events/road-safety-competition-win-a-signed-cricket-bat

Eligible entrants may only submit one (1) entry during the competition period.


The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries (whether or not before or after receipt by the Promoter) or for any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control) including inaccessibility of any website during the Competition Period.


D) Prize

Each eligible winner will receive one (1) cricket bat (signed) and one (1) NSW Blues Plan B Umbrella.

One (1) prize (signed bat and Plan B Umbrella) will be provided for a Wingecarribee Shire Council resident. This eligible winner will be required to pick up the prize from Wingecarribee Shire Council, Civic Centre Elizabeth Street Moss Vale 2577 in business hours. Proof of identification must be presented.

One (1) prize (signed bat and umbrella) will be provided for a NSW resident. This eligible winner accepts that the prize will be courier posted and Wingecarribee Shire Council and Transport for NSW and any other operating agencies accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of the prize.

The Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any goods or services. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or availability of the Prizes. E) Judging. Judging of all Responses (comprising part of each Entry) received from Eligible Entrants during the Competition Period will take place at the Promoter’s offices. Each response will be judged by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) on its creative merit. Eligible entrants may not attend the judging. The Promoter’s decision will be final with no objections or appeals permitted and no correspondence entered into.


F) Disqualification


The Promoter may at any time (and at its sole discretion) disqualify any entrant for or change the terms and conditions. , the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary the rules of, or cancel, this competition. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage to any party arising from any variation, cancellation or otherwise of the competition.
