The giveaway commences 28th Jan 2015 with last entries to be received by 8am on the 14th of Feburary 2015. Winner will be drawn 14th Feb at 8:30am at Rear 154B, The Parade, Norwood, South Australia 5067.
The prize winner may need to provide James Thredgold Jewellery with a valid proof of identity.
The giveaway shall take place on the dates specified. James Thredgold shall notify the winner of the winning via E-mail within a week of the giveaways end date. The winner must collect the prize from either Adelaide store. Please note that flights and transport are not included in this prize and if the winner is inter-state they must make their own way to collect the prize within 2 weeks of announcement date or a mutually agreed to date. For any reason if the winner fails to respond within 1 week to the e-mail notification of their winning, such winner entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited their claim to the prize. James Thredgold shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the original winning entrant in any way. A new winner will then be redrawn and notified in the same process as above. The winning entrant shall be posted on our website for 28 days.

The BMW for a Weekend Prize is valid for 6months from
the end of the competition and is exempt from use on public
holidays. This prize is subject to availability of BMW demonstrator models
on the fleet at the time of request and is subject to change if the vehicle
is required for a test drive or sells. This prize excludes the following
models - all BMW M cars, 5 Series, 6 Series and 7 Series models.
The winner must be 25 years or older and hold a full drivers license.
This prize is not transferable to another individual or another entity.
The winner must redeem prize.
The Kailis prize is the winner’s choice of product from the current Kailis collections either in store or on the Kailis website and is for the value of $2,500 RRP. This portion of the prize is to be managed by James Thredgold Jewellery and not through Kailis directly.
