Entry to this competition signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions below.
The competition commences on Tuesday 3 February 2015 at 5pm.
To enter entrants must either private message the official Queensland Rail Facebook account (

socialmedia@qr.com.au with their:
a. Name;
b. Address;
c. Email address;
d. Phone number, and
e. Your story of how you met your special someone onboard a Queensland Rail train, at a station or through the mX Newspaper column ‘Here's looking at you’ column in 100 (ONE HUNDRED) words or less (the Story),
by 12pm, MONDAY 9 FEBRUARY 2015 (the Competition Closing Date).
EMPLOYEES OF, OR CONTRACTORS TO, THE PROMOTER AND ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED ENTITIES, OR MEMBERS OF THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY OF SUCH EMPLOYEE OR CONTRACTOR, INCLUDING SPOUSE, PARENT, ADOPTED OR NATURAL CHILD OR SIBLING (WHETHER OR NOT THEY LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD AS THE EMPOLOYEE OR CONTRACTOR) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER.
The Promoter will only accept entries made personally by individuals. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries made through automated entry systems or competition websites.
The winner will be selected by a representative of the Promoter on merit at the discretion of such representative on Tuesday 10 February 2015 at 12pm.
The winner of the prize will be published on

http://twitter.com/QueenslandRail on Thursday 12 February 2015.
The winner will be contacted via telephone and the prize sent by mail to the address noted in the entry unless otherwise agreed.
The Promoter’s decision in the selection of the winner and the allocation of the prize will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is: 2 (two) adult tickets to Dirty Dancing live at Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Grey Street, South Brisbane.
The prize must be taken as offered. The prize is not transferable to another person, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or for resale.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
Entrants:
a. are prohibited from submitting entries which contain obscene, offensive or inappropriate content;
b. confirm that their entry is the work of the entrant and that they are the sole owner of the copyright and moral rights in any works submitted;
c. acknowledge that their Story and any associated images will remain the property of the Promoter;
d. authorise the Promoter to use and reproduce their entry and their Story and any associated images for any purpose at the discretion of the Promoter , including (but not limited to) publication on any website, television advertising, print advertising or any other advertising or promotional material, and
e. release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, loss, cost or claim arising from your participation in this competition including the Promoter’s sponsors, suppliers and contractors, including but not limited to injury and damage to person or property regardless of circumstance.
The Promoter:
a. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this competition at any time at its sole discretion;
b. may withdraw or cancel this competition at any stage;
c. may disqualify any entry from the competition without notice and for any reason.
