Promotional Period:

Entry Criteria:
All Easts Leagues Members, who complies to any one of the following will receive “THE BIG WIN” draw ticket during the promotional period which will be from Monday, 2 February – Friday, 27 February at 09:55pm:
Swipe their membership cards at the kiosk once daily to receive one free entry ticket for the following Friday’s Draw. Members will have to retain the voucher they receive after swiping their cards and enter it on the draw day as a draw ticket in the entry bin from 4pm onwards. Receive an SMS message inviting them to collect tickets from Reception on a draw day within a specified time period. Receive a direct mail invitation in the post inviting them to collect tickets from Reception on a draw day within a specified time period.
NOTE: Easts Leagues Members can enter multiple “THE BIG WIN” tickets. All tickets must be completed in full if, so required, by the member (First Name, Last Name and Membership #) and entered into the promotions entry bin which will only be available on each draw day from 4pm in the Reception area. All winners drawn must be present to qualify for the prize.
Draw Details:
The “THE BIG WIN” promotion will commence on Monday 2 February at 10am. Every time an Easts Member swipes their card at the kiosk they will receive a voucher in which they are required to retain for the following Fridays “THE BIG WIN” draw and use as the actual entry ticket on the day. A member will only be allowed to swipe his/her card once per day. After the 10pm draw on the Friday, all kiosk vouchers will change to reflect the date for the next Friday’s draw. Each Friday we will select one (1) winner who will receive a cash prize ($500) and become a finalist for the Grand Finale Draw at 10: 05 pm on the last Friday, 27 February for a $10,000 Travel Voucher or $10,000 Appliance Voucher or $10,000 cash prize. Prizes will be awarded accordingly:

Grand Finale Draw
On Friday 27 February at 10:05pm the 9 finalists selected over the past three weeks will go into a final draw and one winner will receive the Grand Prize.
General:
1. Directors, management and employees of Easts Leagues Club, Coorparoo, Brisbane and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. For the purposes of this clause, ‘immediate families’ of an employee means the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the employee. 2. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for alternate prizes. Any tax liability or implication which attaches to a prize is the responsibility of the Winner claiming that Prize. 3. Prize winners are eligible to win more than once per cash draw. 4. Conduct of the entire Promotion, including decisions on the eligibility of persons to enter and validity of entry and prizes, shall be the responsibility of, and at the absolute discretion of Easts Leagues Club Management 5. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Easts Leagues Club reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue which is not inconsistent with these terms and conditions in its sole and absolute discretion. 6. While Easts Leagues Club intends to conduct the Promotion as offered, Easts Leagues Club reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion or a prize offered in the Promotion if it can no longer continue the Promotion or offer a prize due to circumstances outside the control of Easts Leagues Club 7. Easts Leagues Club accepts no responsibility for late or non-received entries. Easts Leagues Club does not guarantee the continuous or fault-free operation of the entry processes, including entry validating and receipting processes. 8. Any entrant who tampers, or attempts to tamper, with the entry processes or tampers, or attempts to tamper with the processes used for the draws or who submits an entry
which is not valid in accordance with these terms will be subject to disqualification at the discretion of Easts Leagues Club Management 9. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity or advertising at the request of Easts Leagues Club. Participation in any such publicity or advertising is at the sole discretion of the relevant selected members. The names of selected members will not be published without their consent except as announced at the draw location. 10. Participation in the Promotion indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions governing the Promotion. These terms and conditions will be available at the Reception Desk situated at the entrance to Easts Leagues Club. 11. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant’s Entry/Entries becomes the property of Easts Leagues Club and may be used for the Club’s business analysis and marketing purposes in accordance with the Club’s privacy statement which can be viewed at
www.eastsleagues.com.au. 12. It is the responsibility of all winners to determine if they have won a Prize in this Promotion at the Reception Desk. Whilst Easts Leagues Club will use all reasonable endeavours to contact Winners, it is the Winner’s ultimate responsibility
