1.Promotion Description: By participating in this “Game Of Skill” promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Sponsor will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prizes.
2. Facebook Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
3. In entering this competition, entrants are agreeing to sign up to the mailing lists of the following businesses: Jump Star Trampolines, School Mum, Mum Central, Bubbler Deals, What’s On 4 Australia, The Christmas Cart, Ollies Room, Designer Deals, Australian Baby Card & Deluxe Competitions. Entrants may unsubscribe from this list at any time. Entrants informations will not be shared with any other parties other than the businesses involved in this promotion.
4. Dates: starts 18th February 2015 at 00.01am and ends 24th February 2015 at 11.59pm EST. This give-away is a "Game of skill" in which each entrant must answer the question posed on the entry app. This question is mandatory to comply with Australian laws. This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Entries will be judged on their merit or creativity and the winner will be contacted by the email address provided. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed in this time, the winner will be re-drawn. The judge’s decision is final.
5. The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: One 3 night accommodation package at Santai Retreat, Kingscliff, NSW. The accommodation is for 2 adults in a Deluxe King Studio apartment. Complimentary WIFI, complimentary daily beach towel hire, late checkout, complimentary Swedish massage, bottle of wine and chocolates are included at no charge. The voucher does not include any meals, transport to or from the establishment, or any charges incurred by the winner whilst staying at Santai Retreat. Value of voucher is $1080.
Valid for stays until 30th June 2015. Strictly subject to availability and please book early to lock in your preferred dates. Please note, winner will receive an 'Experience Passport' upon arrival at the venue with booking inst ructions and contact details for all inclusions. All bonus inclusions are to be redeemed with the businesses directly and are not able to be booked by Santai Retreat Voucher is valid for two adults Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people (two adults and one child OR three adults). Extra Guest Policy: A third person (child or adult) may stay for a surcharge of $45 per night (includes accommodation only) sleeping on a rollaway bed, payable directly to the resort Baby Policy: Babies will count towards room occupancy, a cot can be provided at a charge of $5 per day Please note that it is not possible to have a second extra bed. All surcharges are payable directly to the hotel. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or on existing reservations. Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash Voucher must be presented at check-in. This prize is not redeemable for cash and non-transferrable.
6. The winner, in accepting the prize, agrees to have his or her name published on the participating Facebook pages of the competition
7. This competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older.
8. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Game Of Skill or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the competition and/or selection process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The sponsor will not be accountable should this competition be unable to run to the completion date due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. The prize will be drawn at Jump Star Trampolines, Unit 4 / 29 McIntyre Way, Kenwick WA 6107 at 10am on Wednesday 25th February 2015. Winner will be contacted by the email address they have provided.
The winner will have 48 hours from this time to claim their prize.
11. Should the prize remain unclaimed, a re-draw will occur at Jump Star Trampolines, 4/29 McIntyre Way, Kenwick WA 6107 at 10am on Saturday 28th February 2015. The winner will be announced on
