1. PROMOTION DATE: Competition starts on Monday 16th February 2015 and finishes on Friday 13th March 2015.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY: Starting on Monday16thFebruary2015eachweekdaymorningat7:25am,the Morning Rush breakfast team will encourage listeners to phone 1300 00 1242 to participate in their 'Phone Footy' contest. The first 2 contestants to successfully get through will participate, the first caller will play 'on the field' and the second caller will play 'on the interchange bench'. The aim of “Phone Footy” is for the contestant to name 5 items within 10 seconds. The category will change each morning, but will be related in some way to the MCG. If the 'on field' contestant misses out, the 'interchange' contestant gets to have their go, the winner each day will get to participate on the field the following morning. The contestant that wins Friday's 'Phone Footy' wins the major prize. (1 in 4 major prizes.) If in the course of the telephone line drops out or breaks up the Promoter may proceed to another caller. In such event, the Promoter will not be responsible for the awarding of any prize to the caller whose line dropped out or broke up. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter. Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or redeeming a prize. 5. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: The prize winner will be notified: (a) on air at the time of winning; (b) by telephone; (c) in writing; (d) The name of thewinnerwillalsobepublishedonlineatwww.themorningrush.com.au from Friday 13th of March 2015 and remain for a period of 28 days.
5. PRIZE CONDITIONS Prize is valid until March 20th/21st 2015 and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize winner is under theageof18yearsthesetermsandconditionsmustbesignedby the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded and the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian. All prizes are non transferable and non exchangeable. The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to pick up the prize: ● Drivers License ● Proof of age card ● Current Passport ● Defence Force Identification Card In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
