1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by RB (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 17 003 274 655) of 44 Wharf Road, West

Ryde, 2114 NSW Australia (“Promoter”). Phone number 1800 022 046.

2. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published

by the Promoter form part of these conditions

3. Competition opens at 08:00 AEST on 01/10/2014 and closes at 23:59 AEST on 31/03/2015 ("Promotional Period"). All

times and dates are times and dates in Sydney which will be Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) from the start of the

Promotional Period and Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) from 01/10/2014 until the end of the Promotional

Period. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:01 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of the day.

Eligibility to Enter

4. This Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident aged 18 years or older as at time of entry, excluding any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (ii) employee of Reckitt Benckiser (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 17 003 274 655); (iii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iv) person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s competitions.

5. To be eligible to enter the Eligible Entrant must purchase any Promotional Product nationally during the Promotional Period.

6. “Promotional Product” means any specially marked ‘AEROGARD’ or ‘MORTEIN’ product.

7. Entry is via online only.

The Prize

8. There will be one (1) Prize winner (selected in accordance with the Judging Criteria) who will win a $10K Gramping Trip. The total prize pool is valued at up to approximately $10,000 AUD. (Prize)

9. The Prize comprises the following:

a) Return economy airfares for a maximum of six (6) passengers between the winner’s closest Australian state capital city and the chosen destination (Valued up to $6,000AUD)

b) Car hire or transfers for a maximum of six (6) passengers as necessary (Valued up to $1,000AUD)

c) Five (5) nights accommodation for maximum of six (6) guests at the chosen Gramping Destination, local attractions and inclusions, chosen at the promoter’s discretion (Valued up to $2,000AUD)

d) AUD $1,000AUD value of Gramping Essentials (items at the Promoter’s discretion)

The Prize is valued at approximately $10,000 AUD including GST, as at 3 June 2014.

10. The winner has their choice of six (6) holiday destinations, which must be chosen at the time of entry (see “How To Enter”). However, if the Winner’s choice of destination is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may change or substitute the Prize or destination of the Prize at its sole discretion.

11. The Promoter has the right to change, substitute or cancel the Prize, or any components of the Prize at any time.

12. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Competition database and NOT at the time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Eligible Entrant will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion

13. Any cost associated with entering online via www.Gramping.com.au website is the individual’s responsibility and is dependenton the service provider used by the Eligible Entrant. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

15. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

16. Multiple entries permitted, subject to these conditions, including the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Promotional Product purchased; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements and these conditions; (c) unrecognised barcodes will be deemed invalid; and (d) a maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant per day is permitted.

17. Entrants must retain their Promotional Product barcode/s for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

Prize Conditions

18. The Prize includes only that which set out in clause 9 above and excludes all other incidental costs and expenses. The Prize winner (and their travelling companions) are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to spending money, meals, drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), energy surcharges, hotel car parking, other hotel incidentals, visas, ground transportation, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, travel, gratuities, service charges, passports, visas, travel insurance (unless specified), pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions, merchandise or any other costs of a related, ancillary or incidental nature and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the prize winner at check-in to the accommodation or for any other services utilised whilst redeeming the Prize.

19. The Winner must finalise their booking within 90 days of being notified that they are the Winner, and all travel must be completed by 31/12/15.

20. The Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations.

21. Availability cannot be guaranteed during Christmas, School holiday and special event periods. Travel cannot be taken on public holidays.

22. All passengers must travel together on the same flights and stay at the same property.

23. The Winner will be required to sign a Prize acceptance form including liability waiver within 6 weeks of being notified as the Winner.

24. A credit card imprint may be required from the Winner at check-in to the accommodation for all incidental charges.

25. Once booking is confirmed no changes are allowed, unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter in its absolute discretion and if permitted will incur a fee of $150 including GST plus supplier charges (which will be payable by the Winner).

26. Travel suppliers/airlines will be chosen at the discretion of Momentum Worldwide (the Prizing Agency).

27. Travel insurance is highly recommended and will be at the expense of the Winner. If the Winner chooses not to purchase travel insurance they will be required to complete a travel insurance waiver form acknowledging that they understand the benefits of travel insurance but declined to take out a policy.

28. In the event that an element of the Prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the Winner forfeits the specified element and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the Prize.

29. The Winner agrees that he or she will not sell or otherwise provide his or her story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.

30. The Winner and companions must travel on the same flights.

31. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.

32. It is the responsibility of the Winner and their companions to ensure that they have full and correct documentation for travel. The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of any documents not being produced for travel.

33. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner and companions must sign any legal documentation required by the Promoter including any legal release and indemnity form.

34. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points or any other airline loyalty reward program points are not available from any airline.

36. The Prize is also subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.

37. The Promoter, Prize provider and activity operators, in their absolute discretion, at all times reserve the right to:

a. prevent any winner and/or their companions from participating in any activity if, at any time, they reasonably

believe that they pose a safety risk or for any other reason; and/or

b. cancel any activity if the conditions are deemed dangerous; and/or

c. vary and/or substitute the Prize (or part thereof) without notice with a prize to the equal value and/or

specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

How to Enter

38. To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following during the Competition Period:

a. log onto www.Gramping.com.au ("Competition Website”)

b. follow the prompts to the Competition entry page, enter receipt number of “Promotional Product”, and complete all required fields on the entry form, including a reason why you would like to take your family Gramping

c. When prompted, nominate your family, select your nearest capital city as your city of departure, select 1 of 6 Gramping Parks

d. agree to the Terms and Conditions and to being contacted by the Promoter in conjunction with this Competition

(collectively Entry or Entries)

Judging Criteria

42. There is one (1) Prize winner

43. A panel of judges will, at the end of the Competition Period, judge all valid entries submitted. The judging criteria for the

Prize winner is as follows:

Legal – Terms and Conditions – FINAL (Approved 01 July)

a) creativity of the answer; and

b) originality of the answer

(Judging Criteria)

44. 1 (one) entry judged to be the best in accordance with the Judging Criteria will win the Prize.

45. The judge's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

46. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of the Winner.

Judging & Winner Notification

47. There is one (1) judging period, with one (1) Prize awarded. The judging will take place on 01/04/2015 at Momentum

Worldwide, 26 – 32 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont, NSW, 2009, Australia.

48. Winner will be notified by email or phone at the email address or phone number provided in their Entry within 5 working

days of the selection of winner,

49. To redeem a Prize, the winner must reply to the notification email with their contact details (full name, postal address and

phone number), or confirm their contact details over the phone within 72 hours. Winner must also provide proof of

purchase to confirm their prize.

50. Should a winner not reply or confirm their details within 72 hours, the winner will forfeit the Prize and the judges will

award the Prize to the Eligible Entrant who submits the next best entry (according to Prize Judging Criteria ). The Eligible

Entrant that is deemed the new winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the judge’s decision.

51. The Prize will be awarded to the person named on the application form.

General Conditions

52. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no

responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate,

forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

53. In the event that any Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute

a prize or gift (as the case may be) of equal or greater value, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

54. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age and residential address of a winner. The Promoter

reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of

this Competition.

55. Each Entrant agrees to grant to the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unconditional, nonexclusive, transferable licence (and agree to use their best endeavours to procure any relevant third parties to grant to the Promoter such licence) to use their Entry for the purposes of marketing and promoting the Promoter and/or its goods and services in any manner and in any media whether existing now or in the future, without the further consent of the Entrant and without any further payment or compensation payable to the Entrant. By entering the promotion, each Entrant consents for the benefit of the Promoter to all or any acts or omissions that would ordinarily constitute an infringement of the Entrant’s moral rights in relation to all Intellectual Property Rights in any Entry that the Entrant creates or generates and uploads to the Promotional Page and/or Application pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). This includes the Promoter having an unfettered right to treat their Entry in any manner at its sole discretion, to alter the Entry in any manner and to the Promoter not attributing authorship of the Entry to the Entrant.

56. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these terms and conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these terms and conditions all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

(c) any entry, or Prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (e) any tax implications; and/or (f) the Prize or use of the Prize.

57. The Promoter collects personal information from entries for the purpose of conducting this Competition (which may include disclosure to third parties, including, but not limited to at suppliers and to overseas recipients such as the Promoter’s related companies). Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may also use personal information for promotional purposes including for sending direct marketing material. Eligible Entrants may opt out of receiving direct marketing material and may elect to use a pseudonym to enter this Competition. By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, including overseas recipients such as the Promoters related companies, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Eligible Entrants may access, correct and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by emailing the Promoter on inquiry@rb.com or by phone on 1800 022 046 during office hours.

58. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.

59. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this Competition.

60. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate redemption date.

61. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner respectively must comply with all the conditions of use.

62. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

63. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of

terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

64. Any cost associated with accessing the Competition Website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

65. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

66. If this Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

67. In participating in the Competition, entrants agree that in the event that they are the winner, they may be required to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition and the ambassador programon-going, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. Winner grants the Promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

68. Each work submitted as an Entry or part of an Entry (“Work”) becomes the property of the Promoter. Work(s) will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entry, each entrant irrevocably grants to the Promoter a sub-licensable, nonexclusive, perpetual worldwide licence to use and exploit all intellectual property rights (including without limitation, copyright) in and to the Work and consents to the Promoter or its agents doing (or omitting to do) any acts in respect of the Work which may otherwise constitute an infringement of the entrant’s moral rights. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter may use all or any part of an entrant’s Work(s) for any purposes at its discretion, including, without limitation, using the entrant’s Work(s) for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, whether in respect of this Competition, the Promoter, or otherwise. Each Eligible Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the Work submitted is an original work of the entrant which does not infringe any rights of any third party. A breach of the warranty set out in this condition will result in the entrant’s entry being invalid. In addition, each entrant indemnifies the Promoter against all loss, damages and costs incurred by the Promoter arising from that entrant’s breach of the warranty set out in this condition.

69. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

70. The laws of New South Wales apply to this Competition to the exclusion of any other law. Eligible Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales
