The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival – a celebration of new-century cuisine , served up in a city with an irrepressible culinary spirit runs from 27 February to 15 March 2015.
Together with Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, The Essential Ingredient has 2 x tickets to The Outdoor Essentials (Saturday 7 March 2015) and 2 x ½ day Langham Melbourne MasterClass tickets (Sunday 8 March 2015) and 2 nights accommodation and domestic return flights to Melbourne to give way to one lucky winner and their guest.

Entrants must reside in Australia and must be 18 years of age or older.
Entries must be submitted by 12 midnight EST on Wednesday 25/2/15.
Only entries submitted via email to
win@essentialingredient.com.au will be accepted.
The Winner will be randomly selected by The Essential Ingredient and will be notified via email and phone text on Thursday 26/2/15; the prize must be accepted by reply email within 48 hours of the notification being sent.
The judge’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
This competition is not open to employees of The Essential Ingredient and Melbourne Food & Wine, or their families.
Prize is valued at more than AUD$1,900.
The Essential Ingredient retains the right to publish the name of the Winner, without contact information.
The prize is not alterable and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The Essential Ingredient will not be liable in the event that the Winner and/or their guest do not take, or are unable to use, the prize or any portion of it for any reason.
The guest to be chosen by the Winner must also be 18 years of age or older.
Once travel arrangements are booked for the Winner and guest, any changes to the flights or accommodation will be at the sole expense of the Winner.
There is one prize to be won as part of the Competition. The Winner will receive – 2 x tickets to The Outdoor Essentials (Saturday 7/3/15), 2 x ½ day Langham Melbourne MasterClass tickets (Sunday 8/3/15), 2 nights accommodation (twin share) and 2 x return economy airfares to Melbourne (if the Winner/guest resides outside Victoria) from their nominated State capital city.
Airport transfers, meals and other expenses are not included in the prize.
