These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Promoter’s competition giving you the chance to ‘Win a Hot Air Ballooning Adventure for two’ (“Competition”). By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read them carefully and we recommend you save a copy of them for your reference.
What is the prize & primary terms?
• 1 x Hot Air Balloon experience for two people from ‘Red Balloon’ – maximum prize value of $1000
• 1 x $500 Alannah Hill Gift Voucher• Both prizes expire 12 months from date of issue
• ‘Hot Air Balloon experience’ from Red Balloon is to the value of $500 and is subject to Red Balloon’s Terms and Conditions – which can be found at

Competition is open to all Australian states
• Prize available to Australian residents only• Winner is responsible for transportation to hot air balloon site, including flights if needed. Hot air balloon sites are located in all Australian states.
• Prizes not exchangeable for cash or credit
• Alannah Hill voucher valid for use in Alannah Hill Boutiques
When can you enter the Competition?
• The Competition opens at 12:00 pm (EDST) on 26/2/2015
and closes on 12/3/2015 20/3/2015 (11:59 EDST) ... amended.
• The draw will take place on 16/3/2015
What do you need to do to enter?

Or visit any Alannah Hill Boutique to obtain a competition form.
o Enter your name, phone number and email address. This constitutes one valid entry (“Valid Entry”) into the Competition.
Only one entry per person is permitted. If the Promoter reasonably suspects you have made or attempted to make more than one entry, it may treat any subsequent entries as invalid.
What are the conditions of entry?
• There is no charge to enter the Competition, other than the usual Internet connection charges payable to your service provider and/or telephone company.
• To enter this Competition, you must:

o You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee, or partner or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter or any third party company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of this Competition
When will the winners be chosen?
• A valid entry will be selected on 16th March 2015. The Promoter will attempt to notify the winner using the contact details provided at the time of the pledge. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner by 5pm on 17th March 2015, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize, repeat the selection process and choose a replacement winner.
