Entry Restrictions Entrants must be at least 21 years or older. Entrants must have a valid Australian Passport and be eligible to travel to USA.
Entrant must be available to travel from Adelaide (SA) to Edinburgh (Scotland) on Monday 4 August 2015 and 2 September 2015.
Relevant State(s) Entries are restricted to residents of South Australia.
Maximum Entries Multiple entries are permitted, however an entrant is only eligible to redeem one (1) Prize in the Promotion.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period: 1. Take a photo on their mobile device with the co-branded Instagram frame in The Garden Of Unearthly Delights (cnr East Terrace and Rundle Road, Adelaide). Picture must visibly include a bottle of Mount Franklin Sparkling and be posted on Instagram including the hashtag “GardentoScotland” and account tags “@hit107Adelaide”, “@TheGardenofUD”. 2. Entrants must post the image during the Contesting Period. 3. At the close of the Contesting Period, the Promoter will judge entries to determine one (1) Major Prize Winner.
Judging Details All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability.
