The lucky winner will be drawn at 5pm on Saturday, 28 March.TERMS & CONDITIONS:1. The promoter is Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Calamvale Central Shopping Centre, 662 Compton Rd Calamvale 4116 QLD (“the promoter”).
2. The Promotional Period commences Saturday, 28 March 2015 at 8.00am (local time) and concludes on Saturday, 28 March 2015 at 5.00pm (local time).
3. In order to participate in the promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit Calamvale Central Shopping Centre and spend a minimum of $50 in centre. All receipts obtained during the Promotional Period may be combined.
4. The entrant will be entitled to obtain one entry form for every $50 spent during the Promotional Period at Calamvale Central Shopping Centre.
5. Entrants must present their valid receipt/s to the promotional staff located in the middle entry and complete an official Calamvale Central entry form.
6. All required fields must be completed and entry forms must be placed into the entry barrel located in the middle entry by 5.00pm on Saturday 28 March 2015.
7. 9. All goods are to be inspected at the time of collection by the receiver and staff at Calamvale Central’s temporary promotional desk. The promoter will not be responsible for any misplaced or damaged items and the item will not be replaced.
10. Other general terms and conditions. In lodging an entry form, all entrants must consent to their names being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining
anonymity may not be practicable in the circumstances. All details will remain the property of the promoter at all times.
11. The promoter, Calamvale Central and staff, participating retailers, other retailers and tenants in Calamvale Central Shopping Centre and Retail First Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to receive the gift with purchase.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of receipts and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who attempt to tamper with the receipts. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any Entry Form which it reasonably suspects have been obtained using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information.
14. Entrants acknowledged that they may be filmed or photographed whilst Calamvale Central Shopping Centre during the Promotional Period. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice captured during their participation in the promotion (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
16. For the purposes of compliance with the Privacy Act 2001, entrants are advised that (a) they can contact the Promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above (b) the purpose for which information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Calamvale Central and its retailers (c) the information held is not usually given to third party organizations (d) failure to provide all the information may result in the gift not being issued.
17. The promoters’ decision in respect to all aspects of the promotion is final and binding on entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the prize or the conduct of the promotion.
