TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Game of Skill Competition

1. The Promoter is Wotif.com Pty Ltd ABN 81 092 257 504, 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064 (“Promoter”).

2. Information regarding the Prize and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry to the Promotion is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.

4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.

5. The promotion commences at 10.00am (AEST) on the 2 March 2015 and closes at 11:55pm (AEST) on 31 March 2015 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Promoter’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.

6. To enter the Promotion, participants must, at any time during the Promotion Period upload a photo taken by the participant of their favourite holiday attraction and include the hashtag #winwithwotif via one of the below methods:

(a) Post on the Wotif.com Facebook page wall or on the Promotion post. (https://www.facebook.com/wotif);

(b) Post via their personal Twitter or Instagram account; or

(c) Upload an image manually at the microsite http://social.wotif.com/competition/897/wotifwanderlust via entrant’s computer, tablet or mobile device and enter their name and email address in accordance with the prompts provided. Participants entering must include the hashtag #winwithwotif as part of their entry for the entry to be deemed valid. Entries without the hashtag will be deemed invalid.

7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Prize winner. All eligible entries received will be judged on creativity and originality. The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion result.

8. A panel of judges will be appointed by the Promoter in its discretion. The eligible entry judged most creative and original by the panel of judges will win one (1) Wotif.com hotel stay in Australia for two (2) people to the value of AU$500 (“Prize”). This judging will take place at 7 Baroona Road, Milton, QLD 4064 at 12pm (AEST) on 2 April 2015. Subject to verification, one (1) winner will receive the Prize.

9. There is a maximum daily limit of twenty (20) entries per entrant in total across all entry mechanics for the Promotion. Should more entries be submitted than in accordance with this limit restriction, only the first submitted entries up to the specified limit will be considered for the Promotion and all other entries will be disqualified. Entries submitted using any other entry method other than the entry methods listed above will be deemed invalid. Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid. Any entries that

(i) violate any third party rights, including but not limited to, copyright or trade mark rights or

(ii) contain content which is obscene, indecent or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, will not be entered into the Promotion.

10. The winner will be notified on the chosen social media network they have uploaded their photo to. If the winner has entered through the microsite method, the winner will be contacted via email. Their name will be announced on the Competition winners page (http://www.wotif.com/info/promotions/competition-winners ) within two (2) days of judging for a period of one (1) month from the date of judging. The Promoter will also attempt to comment on the winning Promotion post on the chosen social media network and tag the winner’s account name within the comment.

11. The winner must email social@wotif.com by 8am(AEST), 1 May 2015 to claim the Prize. If the winner does not email the Promoter by this time and date the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid. The winner must redeem the Prize through the Promoter prior to 29 May 2015. The Prize winner will be required to contact the Promoter to arrange Prize redemption as the Prize will be arranged and provided by the Promoter.Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply to the Prize. Prize can only be selected by the winner from available dates for Australian hotels published on wotif.com at the time the Prize is redeemed. Once booked, any changes to Prize arrangements must be made by, and are at the expense of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are fit to travel.

12. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. If the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize value must be used in one (1) booking transaction. If the booking value of the Prize is less than AUD$500 the winner will forfeit the difference. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. We cannot guarantee that any particular product will be available at the time the winner would like to use their Prize. The price and availability of all hotels listed on the wotif.com site are subject to change. If the value of the Prize (AU$500) is less than the price of the chosen hotel at wotif.com, then the winner will be solely responsible for the costs exceeding the value of the Prize.The value of the Prize must cover any Wotif.com booking fees.

13. The maximum total prize pool is valued up to AU$500.

14. If the prize is not claimed by the winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, an unclaimed prize judging for the Prize will take place at 10am (AEST) on 4 May, 2015 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064. The unclaimed prize winner will be contacted on the winning post via their account on the chosen social network, or by email if they have entered through the microsite, and announced on the Competition winners page (http://www.wotif.com/info/promotions/competition-winners ) ( within two days of judging. The Promoter will also attempt to comment on the winning Promotion post on the chosen social media network and tag the unclaimed prize winner’s account name within the comment. The unclaimed prize winner will need to email social@wotif.com by 29 May 2015 to redeem their Prize. Prize can only be selected from available dates for Australian hotel destinations published on wotif.com at the date of redemption. Prize will not be able to be redeemed by the unclaimed prize winner after 30 June 2015.

15. By entering the Promotion, each entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that any submitted entries are their orginal work created solely by the entrant, that the entry does not infringe the copyright, trade marks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person/entity and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the entry. If the entry contains materials or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or are subject to the rights of third parties and/or if any persons appear in the entry the entrant is responsible for obtaining prior to entry any and all consents necessary to permit the submission of the entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions without additional compensation. On submission, participants grant the Promoter a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free license to reproduce, publish, communicate, adapt and broadcast all or part of the participants’ entries for the purposes of the conduct and promotion of the Promotion. On submission, each participant also consents to the Promoter editing, re-using, storing, reproducing and communicating the participant’s entry/ies in any medium. The Promoter will attribute the participant as the author where possible, but in some circumstances the Promoter may decide not to. By entering the Promotion, each participant consents to any dealings with their entry that may otherwise infringe their moral rights in relation to the entry.

16. Participants represent and warrant that any person featured in the submitted entries has provided consent to the participant to allow the Promoter to use the entry photo in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

17. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

18. Each entrant acknowledges that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and that Facebook, Instagram and Twitter have no responsibilities in relation to the Promotion.

19. Participants acknowledge that any information provided by them in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Any questions or comments about the promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.

21. The Promoter, its associated agencies and related companies, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter shall not be liable for any loss, expense or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or as a result of taking any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

22. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.

23. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the Promotion or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process . The Promoter, in its sole discretion, may cancel the Promotion or disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or breaches any of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to receive damages or other compensation from such a breach are reserved. Entrants are solely responsible and liable for the content of their entries.

24. Any additional costs incurred by the winner other than those that expressly form part of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner and their companion, in the instance they decide to take a companion, including, without limitation, flights, transfers, meals and spending money. Visas, passports and all entry, exit, health or other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited are the responsibility of the winner (and the companion if applicable).

25. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem any entry invalid subsequent to a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the Prize will be voided and a second judging will be conducted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes objectionable content or defamatory statements or where an entrant has engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent misleading or deceptive.

26. In order for you to participate in this Promotion the Promoter may collect your email address and location depending on which entry method you have chosen. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the Promotion. By entering this Promotion you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the Promotion for related research and marketing purposes. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material. Use of your personal information is governed by wotif.com’s Privacy Policy .
