1.Promotion Description: By participating in this “Game Of Skill” promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Sponsor will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prizes.
2. Facebook Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
3. In entering this competition, entrants are agreeing to sign up to the mailing lists of pages participating in the promotion. Entrants may unsubscribe from this list at any time. Entrants information will not be shared with any other parties other than the businesses involved in this promotion.
4. Dates: starts 26th March 2015 at 00.01am and ends 1st April 2015 at 11.59pm EST. This give-away is a "Game of skill" in which each entrant must answer the question posed on the entry app. This question is mandatory to comply with Australian laws. This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Entries will be judged on their merit or creativity and the winner will be contacted by the email address provided. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed in this time, the winner will be re-drawn. The judge’s decision is final.
5. The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: One Jump Star 10ft trampoline with enclosure, ladder, Australia-wide delivery and a voucher for $100 worth of Easter eggs. The winner may choose the retail outlet for the $100 voucher from either Coles or Woolworths supermarkets. Total prize value $525. This prize is not redeemable for cash or transferrable.
6. The winner, in accepting the prize, agrees to have his or her name published on the participating Facebook pages of the competition
7. This competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older.
8. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Game Of Skill or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the competition and/or selection process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The sponsor will not be accountable should this competition be unable to run to the completion date due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. The prize will be drawn at Jump Star Trampolines, 357 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington, WA 6107 at 10am on Thursday 2nd April 2015. Winner will be contacted by the email address they have provided.
The winner will have 48 hours from this time to claim their prize.
11. Should the prize remain unclaimed, a re-draw will occur at at Jump Star Trampolines, 357 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington, WA 6107 at 10am on 4th April 2015. The winner will be announced on
