MARBIG DRAW PROMOTION
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is ACCO Australia Pty Ltd, PO Box 311, Rosebery NSW 1445, ABN: 16 000 265 047 (“the Promoter”).
The Promotion commences at 11.00am AEST on 19 May 2015
and closes at 17.00pm AEST on 15 June 2015 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must “Like” the Marbig Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz then accurately complete an online entry form on the Marbig Facebook page, and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
On the entry form Entrants have the option to refer a friend to obtain an extra entry into the draw, up to a maximum of 5 entries. Entrants will need to enter the names and email addresses of up to 5 friends to obtain the additional entries. Before referring friends, the entrant must first ensure they have the consent of the friend/s prior to nominating them to receive the details of the promotion. Extra entries will only be valid for referrals made via the entry form.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.

The Prize Draw will be conducted at 11:00am AEST on 17 June 2015 at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The Prize Winner will be the first valid Entry drawn.
The Winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published on the Marbig Facebook Page (
www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz) . In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
The Winner will be announced on the Marbig Facebook Page (

If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 22 September at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their names will be published the Marbig Facebook Page (
www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz) on 26 September 2015.

The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.

In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities.
