Terms and Conditions
1. Entry is open to residents of Australia only (excluding ACT), aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. Employess, business associates and direct relatives of Absolute World Group Australia Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
2. To enter, entrants must purchase any 2 or 3 night holiday break for 2 or more people from any Absolute World Group property. Purchase conditions pay apply.
3. Multiple entries are allowed, with one entry per holiday break package purchased.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
5. Promotion dates are as follows:
- Commences 16/6/2014 at 12:00am AEST
- Closes 15/6/2015 at 11:59pm AEST
- Drawn 22/6/2015 at 12:00pm AEST at Lot 1A, 95 Eumundi Road, Noosaville, QLD 4566
6. The first valid entry drawn from each of NSW, VIC/TAS, QLD, SA/NT and WA will each Win a holiday for up to 2 Adults and 2 children to d’Djabu Resort, Seminyak Bali.
Each holiday is for a maximum of 7 nights. The prize must be taken within 12 months of the date of winner notification. Travel dates are subject to availability.
The prize includes daily breakfasts for up to 4 people, and complimentary airport transfers.
The prize does not include airfares, domestic transfers, spending money, meals other than breakfast, beverages, in-room services, travel insurance, or governmental charges.
7. The winners will be notified by email and phone, and their names published on
www.CompetitionsGuide.com.au on 28/6/15.
8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any tax implications are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Total maximum prize pool value is up to $1,500 AUD RRP per prize package.
10. In the event of any prize/s being unclaimed by 30/9/2015, a further draw will take place to determine replacement winner/s. Replacement draw/s will take place 5pm EST on 7/10/2015 at Lot 1A, 95 Eumundi Road, Noosaville, QLD 4566. 11. Prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the suppliers and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. The Promoter collects entrants personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. The Promotor will not disclose personal details of any entrant to any 3rd party except in the case that the entrant is a prize winner. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that they may be contacted by email, mail, and/or phone by the Promoter.
