Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 13 years or older as at the time of entry; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee and (iv) is a shopper of Woolworths Australia Supermarkets. An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age, must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter.
A Qualifying Purchase must be made between 9am on 03/06/15 and 5pm on 30/06/15 ("Promotional Period"). Eligible Entrants may submit their entries between 9am on 03/06/15 and 5pm 30/06/15 ("Entry Period").

ENTRY
In this Competition, a "Promotion Product" is any M&M'S Milk Chocolate 200g, M&M'S Peanut 200g, M&M'S Crispy 160g, M&M'S Minis 160g, M&M'S Mix Ups 160g, M&M'S Toffee Apple 200g, M&M'S Toffee Apple 380g, M&M'S Pineapple 200g, M&M'S Pineapple 380g, M&M'S Milk Chocolate 380g, M&M'S Peanut 380g, M&M'S Crispy 340g, M&M'S Minis 340g, M&M'S Mix Ups 340g confectionery product.
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must first purchase two Promotion Products from any Woolworths Supermarket retail outlet anywhere in Australia or online (
www.woolworths.com.au) in the same (one) transaction during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase").
Subject to the other conditions, an Eligible Entrant may enter the Competition once for every two Promotion Products that they purchase.
Entry can only be made by internet.
All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for, and will not compensate any entrant for, any late or misdirected entry or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
For each and every two Promotion Products that an entrant uses to submit an entry, he/she MUST retain: (i) the receipt that was issued (or a photocopy of it) from the purchase of the two Promotion Products that lists the Promotion Products as an item purchased. The two promotion products must be purchased in the same one transaction.
All entries to the Competition may be subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter will reimburse an entrant for any reasonable costs incurred in complying with this condition.
(i) An entrant MUST, within 7 days of being asked, deliver to the Promoter (by a means determined by the Promoter) all of the items which condition 11 requires the entrant to retain and which are requested by the Promoter. The Promoter may elect not to return those items.
(ii) An entrant MUST also deliver to the Promoter (by a means determined by the Promoter) copies of any other documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including evidence of age, residence or identity. The Promoter may make one or more requests for such documents. Once the identity of documents available is established, an entrant must deliver requested copies within 7 days of being asked to do so.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction; or (ii) fails to produce items as required by condition 11 or produces items that, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or (iii) in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering; or (iv) in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, submits an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.
An entry by more than one person (i.e. a joint entry) is invalid.
COMPETITION ENTRY
To submit an internet entry an entrant must use a compatible browser to visit
www.m-ms.com.au ("Competition Website") and follow the directions there. For each entry, the entrant must provide:
(i) the last 6 digits of the barcode on the pack of each of the two Promotion Products being used to enter; and the receipt number of their Woolworths transaction.
(ii) all other details required at the Competition Website, including the entrant's first and last names, postal address, contact telephone number and e-mail address.
Any costs associated with accessing the Competition Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
Eligible Entrants must make their internet entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject internet entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that they have been entered using automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.
PRIZE DRAW
A random electronic prize draw will be conducted at 12 noon AEST on 02/07/15 at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207 ("Draw Location") from all valid entries received during the Entry Period ("Prize Draw"). For the purposes of condition 19 the Major Cities are: Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Brisbane.
The winners of the Major Prizes must give at least 45 days notice of proposed commencement of travel which must be booked through Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. Travel is valid until 30th June 2016 and no travel can be booked to take place during the following periods: 26 June 2015 to 4 July 2015, 15 December 2015 to 15 January 2016 and from, 25 March 2016 to 11 April 2016, along with any special event periods.
The Major Prize is subject to the airlines' conditions of travel and availability at all times and maybe dependent on seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. If any component of the Major Prize is unavailable on the dates proposed by the winner then, subject to condition 32 the Promoter will consult with the winner and endeavour to arrange alternative dates on which the Major Prize will be booked.
Subject to condition 26 all aspects of the Major Prize (including travel and Accommodation) are for the winner and their three guests travelling together. The winners of the Major Prizes are free to select any 3 people as guests, provided that:
(i) the Promoter may require the guests to confirm in writing that they agree to comply with the provisions of these conditions relating to guests (see condition 39); and
(ii) if a person aged less than 18 years wins the Major Prize, he/she must bring a parent or guardian as their accompanying guest.
Once tickets have been arranged by the Promoter, changes to the travel or accommodation arrangements are subject to availability and are at the expense of the Major Prize winners.
All components of the Major Prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter. Any part of the Major Prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
The Major Prize does not (except as expressly stated) include:
i. any transport between a traveller's residence and the departure airport;
ii. any overnight accommodation while travelling to the departure airport or destination;
iii. any other travel or accommodation;
iv. any meals, food or beverages;
v. any incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar charges, communication services (eg telephone and internet/email); in-house movies and games, entertainment services, and laundry services);
vi. any insurance (such as travel or health cover);
vii. any costs associated with any passport, visa, health or other requirements for entry into any foreign country and return to Australia.
viii. any vaccinations or other medical or health related services;
ix. any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or his/her guests in relation to the Major Prize.
The Major Prize is not refundable or transferable. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash.
The winners of the Major Prize and their guests are responsible for compliance with any health, passport, visa and other requirements for entry into Orlando, any country en-route and return to Australia and bear all risks associated with any refusal of entry into any country. No compensation will be payable if the winner or a guest is unable to use the Major Prize (or any part of it) as stated for whatever reason.
PRIZES GENERALLY
The minimum total value of all prizes is A$100,000 RRP
There is one prize pool with 31 prizes in total.
Each prize is valued as at 03/02/14 at Australian prices in A$. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in value of a prize.
If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.
A right to receive a prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as a monetary payment.
If the winner of a prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian of the winner, as determined by the Promoter, on the winner's behalf.
WINNERS
Each winner will be notified in writing which will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the entry, if it was submitted using the internet.
The notification will include instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish his/her entitlement to it.
The names of all prize winners will be published at
www.m-ms.com.au within 7 days of the prizes being won (including in a redraw under condition 38), on 09/07/15 for a period of at least 28 days.
Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Competition, if any prize is not claimed by a winner within 3 months of the draw for that prize, the prize will be awarded to another Eligible Entrant in a redraw for that prize commencing 12 noon on 02/10/15 at the Draw Location. No compensation will be payable to any person whose entry is drawn but who does not claim their prize.
In order to be entitled to any prize, each winner must, if requested by the Promoter, agree to and sign and return:
(i) an eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions and eligibility to accept the prize; and
(ii) a liability release, waiver and/or indemnity in favour of the Promoter and/or any person or other entity associated with this Competition.
If a winner is under 18 years of age, the winner must ensure that his/her parent or guardian agrees to and signs the documents referred to above (if requested by the Promoter). A winner will forfeit his/her prize if he/she fails to ensure that all documents relating to that prize are signed and returned in accordance with this condition, as and when required by the Promoter.
GENERAL
Eligible Entrants are able to enter the competition once per day for the duration of the promotion, subject to each entry relating to a separate qualifying purchase.
Eligible Entrants may win a limit of one (1) Major Prize and one (1) QANTAS Voucher in the Competition (excluding residents of South Australia).
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication including any SMS communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION, TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO OR TO INTERFERE WITH THE FUNCTIONING OF THE SMS PROCESSES, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.
All of the Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant participating in the Competition. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify an Australian entrant's rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
If any provision of these conditions is unenforceable for any reason, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Each winner of a prize consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter's products.
Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winner(s) and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant.
