By entering the ‘WIN A Romantic Escape & Fall in Love again…’ competition you are agreeing to the following
terms and conditions.
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Destination Southern Highlands are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Friday 1 May 2015 at 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and closes on Friday 31 July 2015 at 5.00pm AEST (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter the on-line ‘Win A Romantic Escape & Fall in Love Again…’, participants simply log onto
www.southern-highlands.com.au and must:
Register details, including name, email, address, telephone no.
Describe in 100 words or less your romantic Southern Highlands Love Story AND/OR Upload a Photo.
3.3 The entrants must enter their name, email address, suburb and telephone number (including STD area code).
3.4 The entrant will only be eligible to enter once.
4. PRIZES
4.1 Thirteen (13) weekly prizes, each week a lucky winner will be judged from the pool of Love Stories that have been correctly registered and entered into our ‘Win A Romantic Escape & Fall in Love Again…’ competition.

4.4 ‘Win A Romantic Escape & Fall in Love Again…’ competition will be drawn at the conclusion of the competition. There will be one (1) ultimate winner who will win the major prize.
4.5 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash.
4.6 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all conditions of use of the prize.

5. PRIZE DRAW
5.1 Each entrant who has entered the Competition (details in Clause 3) and registered all details in accordance with Clause 3.3 will be entered into the competition.
5.2 The weekly prize winners will be selected by a panel of two judges from ‘Win A Romantic Escape & Fall in Love Again…’ prize pool entrants. The selected winner of each weekly prize will go into the final selection round, to be judged to win the Ultimate prize at the end of the competition.
5.3 The weekly judging will take place at Destination Southern Highlands Office on the following dates:

5.4 ‘Win A Romantic Escape & Fall in Love Again…’ winners will be notified by phone call within two (2) days of the draw and an email advising the winner of their prize.
5.5 The weekly prize winner’s details will be posted to the Destination Southern Highlands web-site,
www.southern-highlands.com.au by the Wednesday of each week.
5.6 The Ultimate prize winner of the ‘Win A Romantic Escape & Fall in Love Again…’, will be judged by a panel of three (3) judges from the group of the 13 winners of the weekly prizes. The judging of the entrants will take place at the Southern Highlands Information Centre on Monday 3 August.
5.7 The Ultimate prize winner of the ‘Win A Romantic Escape & Fall in Love Again…’ winners will be notified by phone call within two (2) days of the selection and an email advising the winner of their prize.
5.8 The Ultimate prize winner details will be posted to the Destination Southern Highlands web-site,
www.southern-highlands.com.au by Wednesday 5 August 2015.
5.9 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.10 If for any reason the weekly and/or Ultimate prize remain unclaimed, there will be a second chance draw at the end of the campaign. This will be no later than one (1) week following the conclusion of the campaign.
The redraw will take place on Monday 10 August 2015, at the Southern Highlands Information Centre,
62-70 Main Street, Mittagong.
Weekly unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the entry judged as the ‘runner up’ in that week.
The ultimate prize will be awarded to the entry judged as the ‘runner up’ from the 13 weekly prize winners.
