The competition is open to Australian residents only. If the winners are not present when chosen they will be notified by phone and mail. The winners will be decided by a panel appointed by Scrapbooking Memories magazine. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality.
