Terms and Conditions:1. The prize, for two (2) adults and two (2) children eleven (11) and under at the time of travel and is as
follows:
• Return economy airfares with Virgin Australia from Brisbane to Los Angeles, including standard baggage
& taxes subject to availability upon booking.
• Seven (7) nights accommodation in a Sunset View Room at Andaz West Hollywood Los Angeles subject
to availability.
• Four (4) x four (4) day Disneyland Resort Park hopper tickets
• Total prize value is up to $10,000
Validity & conditions:
2. Economy airfares and accommodation are subject to availability and black-out periods apply (blackout
period: 1 July- 6 October 15, 11-31 Dec 15 and special event nights eg Oscars or Grammy's). Economy
airfares are valid for travel with Virgin Australia in T or Q class only, Flight Centre reserves the right to
choose
alternate accommodation at the time of booking. Travel must be completed by 10 Dec 15. Prize travel
must be booked by 31 August 15. Prize is subject to availability, not
transferable, changeable, non-refundable or redeemable for cash. The prize is for the competition winners
use only and cannot be handed/gifted/sold to a third party. Normal booking conditions apply.
3. Prize does not include transfers from winner's place of residence to or from flight departure point listed in
point 1 above, pre/post accommodations, date changes, meals, travel insurance or any other costs. Total
prize value of the prize is up to $10,000*. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Prize
must be booked in one single transaction. Flight extension is allowed depending on selected dates and
subject to availability.
4. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6
months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport. When
travelling to the United States please see
https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov for important information regarding
compulsory pre-registration for their visa waiver program ("ESTA"). Australian passport holders will not be
able to enter the United States without a valid ESTA (or visa). Please note, you may not meet the eligibility
requirements of ESTA and may be required to obtain a visa. Any fines, penalties, payments or
expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will
be the prize winners sole responsibility.
5. Prizes are strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE, non-negotiable, may not be replaced or refunded and cannot
be taken as cash. No cash refund or reimbursement allowed if the prize is not
utilised; no credit given if full value of the prize is not utilised.
6. Booking shall be accepted subject to availability of economy airfare, accommodation and park hopper
tickets. Must be booked with nominated Flight Centre consultant.
7. The accommodation is based on a quad share basis (two double beds) with children using existing
bedding in a standard room.
8. Travel insurance is not included and we recommend you take out travel insurance prior to travel.
*Total estimated prize value may fluctuate due to time of year trip is taken.
The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change at any
time. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter(s).
