The winner will be drawn at 12.00 midday on October 30th, 2015 and announced the same day on the Living Here Double Bay Facebook page. Winners must collect their “prize” from the Living Here Double Bay office, 350 New South Head Road, Double Bay within 2 weeks of the draw. If the winner is a tenant of Living Here Double Bay all rent monies must be paid up to date as at 30/09/2015, if not another winner will be drawn that day. Staff excluded.
Total value of the prize is approximately $150 and valid for one month from time of the draw.
