1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia where the Channel Seven and affiliate broadcasting signals are received. Entrants under the age of 18 years of age must have parent/guardian permission to enter.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Friday 4 September 2015 at 6.00am (AEST) and concludes on Friday 18 September 2015 at 9.00am (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch Sunrise (“the Program”) on the Seven Network during the Competition Period. Each day during the Competition Period there will be a competition segment aired during the Program, in which viewers will be invited to log onto the Sunrise website (
www.yahoo7.com.au/sunrise) and register their full name, postcode, age, e-mail address and an Australian mobile telephone number.
3.3 Entries must be received by Friday 18 September 2015 at 9.00am (AEST).
3.4 Entries are limited to one entry per person per Australian mobile phone number.
3.5 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be a total of 250 winners of the Promotion who will receive the following prize:
§ 2 x tickets to see Justin Bieber perform live from Sydney Harbour (Venue TBA upon winning) on Wednesday 30 September 2015 (valued at $5.00 each)
Total Prize Value is $2,500.00
4.2 The winner and their companion are responsible for all expenses including flights (if necessary), spending money, vaccinations, in-room charges, taxes, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, gratuities, services charges, items of a personal nature, passports, visas, and all other ancillary costs. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other related expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
4.3 Venue to be advised upon winner notification.
4.4 The Seven Network reserves the right to reschedule, withdraw or substitute artists and / or vary advertised performance, venue and audience capacity. We reserve the right not to replace tickets in such circumstances.
4.5 If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
4.6 This ticket has no official resale value and may not be authentic if purchased from a third party. Tickets may not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes without the written consent of The Seven Network.
4.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize Sponsor’s requirements. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and all non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.8 The prize cannot be altered in any way, is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.9 It is requirement that children under the age of 15 are accompanied by a responsible adult who are also carrying a valid ticket. The child and their companion must arrive at the venue at the same time.
4.10 All components of the Prize are subject to availability and may not be available during school holidays, holiday weekends or special events. In the event that any component of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, subject to State legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize component with another prize of equal value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly.
4.11 In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.12 The Winners agree that they will not and will ensure that their companions do not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.13 If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4.14 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be 250 winners of the Competition. Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the draw.
5.2 The draw will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on Friday 18 September 2015 at 12.00pm (AEST).
5.3 The winners may be announced in the Programs following the prize draw (subject to programming and Executive Producer’s decision). Winners will be notified by Sunrise on the telephone number/email address provided in their entry within 2 days to confirm their prize and provided with instructions on how to redeem their ticket.
5.4 Winners must claim their tickets between Monday 21 September 2015 from 4.00pm (AEST) and Friday 25 September 2015 at 12.00pm (AEST). In the event that winners do not claim and validate their tickets by Friday 25 September 2015 at 12.00pm (AEST) their two tickets will be forfeited and included in an unclaimed prize draw.
5.5 This event is general admission only on a first come basis. Entry gates open from 5.30am (AEST).
5.6 As a condition of entry we reserve the right to conduct a search of a person and/or their possessions when entering. No glass, alcohol or other sharp objects will be permitted.
5.7 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.8 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoters in its absolute discretion.
5.9 Subject to State legislation an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd at Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on Friday 25 September 2015 at 2.00pm. The Winner/s will be notified by Sunrise on the telephone number/email address provided in their entry within 2 days to confirm their prize and provided with instructions on how to redeem their ticket.
5.10 Entry may be refused if tickets are defaced in anyway.
The Seven Network reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.
5.12 Each ticket has a unique barcode and allows one entry only. If you have multiple tickets please ensure you print each ticket separately. Do not give a copy of your ticket to anyone. If multiple copies of a ticket exist only the first copy to be scanned at the event will be allowed entry. Any additional entry attempts will be denied.
5.13 For additional security the mobile number of the ticket holder has been embedded into the ticket and may be used to validate any ticket we deem a copy.
5.14 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 The Seven Network (Operations) Ltd & affiliates, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion, will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.2 The Seven Network (Operations) Ltd & affiliates, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated employees, agencies and companies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or
its prizes that may occur:
(a) during the draw;
(b) in the participation in any prize;
(c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
(d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
(e) in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;

6.5 Subject to State Regulation, if for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
