4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. The Promoter is Offshore Productions, 6 Stratford Park Drive, Pomona, Qld 4568 (ABN 56 077 093 835).
5. The competition closes on 15/11/15. The winner will be selected, having regard to creativity and originality, on 16/11/15 at the offices of Offshore Productions.
6. The winner will be notified by phone or email, and details posted on
www.fishingdownunder.tv7. Winner will be selected by a panel of judges. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
