Schedule a test ride or simply make an enquiry at your local dealership.
There is no cost to test ride and the only obligation is to experience the freedom for yourself.

A Test Ride Booking Request does not guarantee motorcycle availability. Riders must have a valid full motorcycle license, be appropriately dressed and have a zero alcohol level to be eligible to take a test ride. Test Rides are at the discretion of the Harley-Davidson® dealer. Clothing required includes Closed Shoes, Long Pants, Helmet, Gloves and Protective Eyewear. These items are not supplied by the dealer.
*Entry to the Dark Custom campaign is only valid when test riding an Iron 883N, Forty-Eight or Street 500.
*Entry to the Daytona 20 campaign is only valid when test riding a Dyna, Softail, Touring or V-Rod model.
*The following Sportsters are not part of either campaign: Superlow 883L, Superlow 1200T, 1200 Custom and the Seventy-Two.

DAYTONA 20 PROMOTION

HOW TO ENTER
Eligibility Requirements – please read carefully
To be eligible to enter, individuals must:
• be an Australian or New Zealand resident;
• be over 18 years of age;
• hold a full, valid Australian or New Zealand motorcycle licence
• be able to travel to the US between 04/03/2016 - 13/03/2016 (inclusive);
AND
• test ride a Harley-Davidson Big Twin motorcycle (Dyna, Softail, V-Rod or Touring
family) at a participating Australian or New Zealand Harley-Davidson dealership
between 12:01am (AEST) on 21/09/2015 (2:01am (NZST) on 21/09/2015 in New
Zealand) and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31/12/2015 (1:59am (NZDT) on 1/01/2016 in
New Zealand).
• All entries must be made online at www.harleytestride.com.au/daytona20 by no
later than 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/12/2015 (01.59am NZDT on 1/01/2016 in
New Zealand).

To enter:
Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

a) register for a test ride of a Harley-Davidson Big Twin motorcycle (Dyna,
Softail, V-Rod or Touring family) at a participating Harley-Davidson dealership
in Australia or New Zealand (Dealership) either online at
www.harleytestride.com.au/daytona20 (Promotional Website) or directly at a
Dealership;

b) participate in the test ride at the Dealership and receive an email from the
Promoter containing a link to the entry form available on the Promotional
Website and a code (Promotional Code); and

c) complete the online entry form.
Entries submitted after 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/12/2015 (01.59am NZDT on
1/01/2016 in New Zealand) will not be accepted.
All entries must include an answer to the question “You’ve done the test ride. Now
for the final test. Tell us why you think you’re ready for Daytona Bike Week", in 25
words or less, as well as the entrant's name, address, daytime contact number, date
of birth, email address and the Promotional Code.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promoter is Harley-Davidson Australia Pty Limited (ABN 83 098 483 259) of 1
Sirius Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066 (Postal Address: PO Box 133, North Ryde NSW
1670).

3. Entry is only open to individuals who meet the Eligibility Requirements and comply
with the entry instructions described in these Terms and Conditions. Employees (and
their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating dealers and agencies
associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of
the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence licence status and
riding experience) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is
fraudulent or not otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any
relevant law, or who tampers with the entry process. Each entrant consents to the
Promoter exercising its rights under this clause by their entry into the Promotion.

5. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries may be deemed invalid. For example,
entries which do not include the entrant's name, address, daytime contact number,
email address, the Promotional Code and response (of 25 words or less), to the
Promotion question will not be accepted.

6. Only one (1) entry permitted per person. Entrants cannot enter via more than one
Harley-Davidson competition website.

7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

8. Promotion starts at 12:01am (AEST) on 21/09/2015 (2:01am (NZST) on 21/09/2015
in New Zealand) and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31/12/2015 (1:59am (NZDT) on
1/01/2016 in New Zealand) (Promotional Period).

9. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each
entry will be individually judged based on the originality and creative merit of the
answer provided to the 25 words or less question. The judges' decision is final and
no correspondence will be entered into.

10. There are twenty (20) prizes available in this competition. The best valid twenty (20)
entries, as determined by the judges, will each win a prize.

11. The entries will be judged at the Promoter's premises at 1 Sirius Road, Lane Cove
NSW 2066 on 10/01/2016 by a panel of judges according to the judging criteria in
clause 9. At this time, the panel will choose the twenty (20) best valid entries. The
winners will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail within 7 days of the judging.

12. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. However, if the
Promoter has not been able to contact the winner after making three attempts or by
31/01/2016, or if the winner is ineligible to accept or declines to participate in the
prize, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to the next best valid
entry. The Promoter will continue this process until twenty (20) entrants have been
successfully contacted and have confirmed their eligibility to be awarded and accept
a prize. For the avoidance of doubt, only once an entrant has confirmed their
terms. eligibility to be awarded the prize and has accepted the prize will that entrant, subject
to these Terms & Conditions, be deemed a winner.

13. The prize is a trip to Daytona Beach, Florida, USA for six (6) nights at any time during
the period 4/03/2016 – 13/03/2016 (inclusive) in order to attend and participate in the
75th Daytona Beach Bike Week for each winner and one companion aged 18 years
or older, valued at up to AUD$12,000.00 / NZD$13,288.00 depending on point of
departure.

14. The total maximum prize pool value is up to AUD$240,000.00 / NZD$265,760.00.

15. The prize comprises:

a) two (2) return economy airfares to Orlando, Florida, USA from the Australian or
New Zealand capital city airport closest to the ordinary residential address of the
winner (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);

b) six (6) nights accommodation at a hotel nominated by the Promoter in its sole
discretion in Daytona Beach, Florida USA (twin share) (or similar);

c) return transfers to and from the destination airport and the destination hotel; and

d) daily breakfast at the destination hotel for the duration of the prize for the winner
and their companion (if any).

16. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the
prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

17. Prize components are subject to weather and management discretion, and are taken
at the risk of the individual. The Promoter may amend or substitute available
activities in its absolute discretion. All other ancillary costs, including but not limited
to taxes (excluding GST), insurance, incidentals, additional meals, spending money,
other transfers and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check-in.
Winner and his/her companion must travel together and depart from and return to the
same departure point. Winner and his/her companion may not accrue frequent flyer
points. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and his/her companion
arrange at their own expense valid travel insurance with the highest available
coverage for their period of travel. The prize is a single event trip for the winner and
his/her companion, and cannot be separated into separate trips or components. The
prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party suppliers, including airline
and accommodation suppliers.

18. If a winner is unable to travel during the allocated travel period, between 4/03/2016 –
13/03/2016, the prize will be forfeited.

19. Accommodation, activities and flight arrangements, including suppliers, will be
determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

20. It is the sole responsibility of each winner to ensure their entry and the entry of their
companion into Florida, USA, at their own expense, including ensuring all necessary
passports, visas, travel authorisations, medical advice and recommended
vaccinations and immunisations have been obtained prior to travel and, if required,
on or by a date nominated by the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in the prize
being forfeited.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any prize should the Promoter, in its
sole and absolute discretion, deem a winner unfit to participate in the prize for any
reason, including (without limitation) for any breach of these Terms and Conditions,
as a result of illness, tiredness, or the influence of drugs.

22. If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal
value and/or specification. Winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation
in the event the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater
value.

23. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, are not transferable or exchangeable
and cannot be taken as cash.

24. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or
cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

25. The prize winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Law/New Zealand
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other similar legislation which cannot be
excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that
any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose,
and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and
skill. These Terms and Conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those
statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted by law to do
so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under
laws other than the Australian Consumer Law/New Zealand Consumer Guarantees
Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the prize awarded as part of this
Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of any such representations or
warranties.

26. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible
for any:

a. personal injury;

b. loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, profits, goodwill or business
revenues, and any other special, indirect or consequential losses),
arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, injury, loss or
damage which arises as a result of any of the following:

(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction due to any reason beyond
the reasonable control of the Promoter;

(ii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the
Promotion or the processing of entries which is beyond the reasonable control
of the Promoter;

(iii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference which impacts on
the conduct of the Promotion and is beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter;

(iv) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, stolen, altered, damaged or
misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any
reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

(v) any variation in the prize to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;

(vi) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or,

(vii) use of a prize,

except to the extent that such injury, loss or damage is due to the negligence or
willful misconduct of the Promoter, or otherwise cannot be excluded by law as
referred to in clause 25 above.

27. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the
Promotion and for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes.
Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless
otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may:

a. use the entrant's personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions and for promotional, marketing, publicity,
research and profiling purposes, including to send electronic messages to or
telephone the entrant; and

b. disclose the entrant's personal information to third parties, including but not
limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers, for the
purpose of conducting the Promotion.
Entrants may access the personal information the Promoter holds about them, and
should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at
its address set out in clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants can obtain a
copy of the Promoter's Privacy Policy at www.harley-davidson.com or by contacting
the Promoter via the postal address provided in clause 2 above. All entries become
the property of the Promoter.

28. Entrants confirm and promise that their answer to the Promotion question is written
by them and original, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third
party.

. Participation in the Promotion constitutes a prize-winner’s consent to the Promoter’s
use of the prize-winner’s name, likeness and opinions (including without limitation
footage of the winner's receipt and use of the prize) on the Promoter's website or
otherwise for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any fee being
paid by the Promoter. The prize winner further agrees to the Promoter reproducing
and publishing his/her response to the Promotion question in its original form or in a
modified form and without attributing him/her as its author for promotional, marketing,
publicity and internal reporting purposes.

30. The winner agrees to sign any documentation required by the Promoter as a
precondition to being awarded the prize. Where the winner is unable to enter into all
legal releases, deeds and/or agreements (as applicable) as required by the Promoter
in its absolute discretion, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a replacement
winner judged to have submitted the next best valid entry in place of the original
winning entrant.

31. Any cancellation or modification to the Promotion will be notified on the Promoter's
website – www.h-d.com.au. A copy of these Terms and Conditions and prize details
can also be obtained from that site.

32. If part or all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, it will be
severed, and the balance of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and
effect.

33. For Australia, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South
Wales and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of that state.
 
34. For New Zealand, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New
Zealand and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
New Zealand courts.

35. The Promoter's or an entrant's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and
Conditions will not restrict the relevant party from enforcing that or any other
provision at a later time.
