Information on how to enter this competition (hereafter referred to as the “competition” or “promotion”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia.
Entry to the competition is free (after satisfying the requirement to make an eligible purchase under clause 6, below).

The competition commences on September 21st at 00.01 (AEST) and concludes on October 18th at 23.59 (“Promotional Period”).

You may enter only once. One (1) entry per person only will be accepted and entered into the judging of this competition.
This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter, its associated agencies and Disney against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future Promoter’s or their agents book publications, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the Entrant. The Promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The best twenty (20) valid entries, as determined by the judges, will be deemed major prize winners and will win the following prize:
One (1) full set of the Disney Classics Limited Edition Range on DVD (made up of forty-six (46) titles.
Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prizes are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing.
Prize Details:
The winner will be contacted via Telephone only upon winning, via the number provided when populating the form and will be asked for their full name and address to which the prize needs to be sent.
The competition ends on October 18th 2015 and judging will take place on October 26th 2015. Winners will be contacted on October 26th 2015 via telephone and asked for their full address in order send the goods.
The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the competition can no longer take place for any reason.
Prizes will be sent by courier and will be recorded delivery; neither the Promoter, Disney, nor any of their affiliates or associated agencies are responsible for loss or damage of parcels sent using the courier service.
Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Judging will take place on October 26th 2015 at the Promoter’s offices at 1 Woolworths Way Bella Vista NSW 2153. The judging will be carried out by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The winner will be notified by telephone only.
We will be able to fulfil prizes and have them distributed to winners by November 20th, 215 at the latest (this is due to launch dates of the full collection)
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not claim an element of the prize by 30th October 2015 then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
All entries become the property of the Promoter and entries will not be returned. All winning entries will be entered into a database. With the consent of the winner, the Promoter may use the winner's full name and other details for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid to the winner.
To the full extent permitted by the law neither the Promoter nor any of their associated agencies accepts any liability for any injury, damages, expenses or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property arising from or in connection with this Promotion.
If the Promoter forms the view in its sole discretion that an entry or the entry process for any Entrant has been tampered with or otherwise does not comply with these rules, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify that entry.
If for any reason the Promoter determines in good faith and its sole discretion that this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any agent or event beyond the control of the Promoter, which might corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion or which may change the intended result or prevent or hinder its determination, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time, as appropriate.
If you enter this competition, the Promoter will collect personal information about you so that you can participate in the competition and the Promoter can administer the competition. To do this, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to organisations to which the Promoter outsources functions, and organisations associated with this competition. If you do not provide your personal information, you cannot participate in the competition.
