MY CUBBY AND JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES
WIN A RECTANGLE TRAMPOLINE PACKAGE WORTH $800 PLUS AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY.
1.Promotion Description: By participating in this Game of Skill each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and Sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Promoter will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prize(s).
2. Facebook Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
3. Dates: starts Wednesday 14th October 2015 at 00.01am and ends Tuesday 20th October 2015 at 11.59pm EST time.
4. The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: One 8ft x 12ft Rectangle Trampoline with enclosure, basketball hoop kit and ladder (Value $800) including shipping to the winners address (Value up to $250)
The winner will agree to waiting up to 30 days from claiming his / her prize to receive his / her prize due to processing and delivery times. This prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferrable.
5. Entrants should enter via the app, Gleam, where they are invited to answer the (mandatory) question, subscribe to a combined newsletter, share the competition with friends and like a Facebook page (optional) in order to enter. Entrants must also leave a valid contact number so they can be contacted by phone (as well as in writing) if they are chosen to be the winner. This phone number will not be used for any other reason by the sponsor or any of the participating pages.
6. Privacy: By agreeing to sign up to our newsletter in this competition, you are providing your details to Jump Star Trampolines. Your email address may be used for future marketing purposes by Jump Star Trampolines, School Mum, Bubbler Deals, Mum Central, What’s On 4 Australia, Paradise Resort Gold Coast and Babyhintsntips. By entering, you agree to receive this communication. You may opt out of, or Unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Your private information will not be shared with any other companies, and is not being collected by Facebook.
7. This competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game Of Skill or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the competition and/or selection process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries.
10. The prize will be drawn at Jump Star Trampolines, 357 Sevenoaks street, Cannington WA 6107 at 10am on Wednesday 21st October 2015. The top 5 entries as chosen by our panel of experts will be judged and the winning entry will be chosen as “winner” of the Game of Skill. The winner will be contacted by the phone number provided as part of the entry process and also in writing via email. The winner’s name will be announced on Jump Star Trampolines Facebook page {
www.facebook.com/JumpStarTrampolines }. The winner will have 48 hours from this time to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed, the entry voted second will be chosen as “winner” and the entrant contacted.
