NATIONAL TILES – MATCH & WIN “MEMORY” GAME FACEBOOK COMPETITION 2015

Competition Terms and Conditions

The Prize Competition is open only to National Tiles Facebook fans, not employees (or members of their families) of National Tiles, or anyone connected with the administration of this Facebook competition.
Simply play the National Tiles Match & Win “Memory” game to enter this prize competition. Entry to this prize competition is free (no consideration/payment/purchase).
The competition will take place from Friday 16th October, 2015 and will run until Friday 20th November, 2015 3:00pm (AEST).
At the end of each week of the competition (Friday) 5 entrants will be drawn at random and entered into the pool of entries, for a 1 in 25 chance at winning the competition prize. Entrants can participate in the competition multiple times each week for extra entries into the draw. Only one entry per person will be entered into the final prize pool.
Entrants qualify for an entry in the competition once they have matched a minimum of three tile pairs within the time provided.
Each week the winners will be announced on the National Tiles & Digital Decorator Facebook page.
The competition prize is $500 cash in the form of a Visa Gift Card. Settlement of any additional costs or taxes related to the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will be provided by the Promoter.
The competition winner will be contacted by either email or phone once announced.
The competition winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize one week after the end of the competition date. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant from the remaining entries subject to these terms and conditions in the event that acceptance is not confirmed by this date.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
The winners must co-operate for all reasonable publicity associated with this prize and accept that the winner's name may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes.
The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of this prize competition.
