3.The Promoter will provide five (5) major prize packs each consisting of Paper Towns DVD, one (1) Paper Towns Soundtrack, one (1) Paper Towns book by John Green and one (1) Paper Towns Travel Journal.
4.Total major prize pool is $524.50.
5.The Promoter will provide one (1) Paper Towns major prize pack to each valid prize winner.
6.The Promoter will provide twenty-five (25) minor prize packs each consisting of one (1) Paper Towns DVD and one (1) Paper Towns Book.
7.Total minor prize pool is $1,373.75.
8.The Promoter will provide one (1) Paper Towns minor prize pack to each valid prize winner.
9.Entry is open to all VIBE club members, who must be residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and associated promotional partners, their related companies and agencies and the immediate families of the above listed persons cannot enter this promotion.
10.Multiple entries are not permitted.
11.To enter, entrants must fill in all fields required including full mailing address & contact details in the November 2015 Boost Juice VIBE club email newsletter, answer the skill testing question and submit the completed form via the link provided in the VIBE newsletter. Entrants must be a Boost Juice VIBE club member with current email address. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
12.Promotion commences 09.00am (AEDT) on Tuesday 03/11/15 and closes 11.59pm (AEDT) on Sunday 08/11/15.
13.The entries will be judged by the Promoter and the prize winners will be chosen on Tuesday 10/11/15 at 12:00pm (AEDT) at Level 1, Tower 2, Chadstone Place, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, VIC 3148. Entries will be judged based on creativity at the Promoter’s discretion.
14.The winners will be confirmed by the Promoter at 2pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 11/11/15. The Name and State of each winner will be published on the Boost Juice website at
www.boostjuicebars.com on Wednesday 11/11/15 at 2pm (AEDT).
15.If selected winners cannot be contacted by phone or email by COB Wednesday 10/02/16, prizes will be redrawn and new winners selected. These winners will be redrawn on Thursday 11/02/16.
16.The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17.Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18.Each prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
19.In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
20.The Promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting a prize, except liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21.In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered user from which the entry is made.
22.The Promoter is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this promotion.
23.If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the competition, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the competition, the judges reserve the right to terminate the competition and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all entries received as of the date of termination.
24.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Should the value of any prize be less than the value stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in kind.
25.In participating in the competition, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all promotional activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner (and their companions, if applicable) agrees to granting the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winner (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
26.The information is collected by the Promoter relating to each entry for the purposes of conducting this promotion and publishing the winner’s details as required by law.
