Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.  Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promotion is open to all Ziera Customer Club members who are actually living in New Zealand or Australia, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion, and the immediate families of all such employees.

3. The promotion commences on Thursday 17th September 2015 at 9:00 and closes on Monday 30th November 2015 at 23:59 (“Promotional Period”).

4. To enter the promotion, click here and fill out the required fields.

5. No entries will be accepted after the Entry Period closes. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the application on the competition page and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

6. One successful entry will be selected by the Promoter by random draw at the end of the promotional period and will be notified by e-mail. Entrants will only be eligible for selection if they have entered correctly and are a member of the Ziera Customer Club.

7. At 23:59 on Monday 30th November 2015 the promotion will close and no further entries will be accepted.

8. Prizes will be as follows:

1 x $250 voucher for World Orangic

9. The winner will be drawn no later than Monday 7th December 2015 from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

10. The Prize winner will be decided by the Promoter at Ziera Shoes NZ Limited, 59 Mahunga Drive, Mangere Bridge, Auckland, 2022, New Zealand. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.  The Prize winners will win the prizes described above in paragraph 8 and will be notified by the email address or phone number given to the Promoter at the time of entering the promotion.

11. If a Prize winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of being announced and reasonable means of contact have been applied the Promoter may choose another prize winner.

12. In the event that any of the elements of the prizes become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter will endeavour to substitute prizes of equal or greater value but will be under no other obligation or liability.

13. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

15. Entries may, be published by the Promoter on the Ziera Facebook™ page and/or in other media and copyright in each entry will vest in the Promoter.

16. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.  The Promoter will be responsible for any entry not received within the Promotional Period because of computer or website malfunction or for any other reason.
