TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 who like RE/MAX Strategic’s Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/remaxstrategic during the promotional period. The winner must still be liking RE/MAX Strategic’s Facebook page on the date of the draw to be eligible to win. Limit one entry per person.
3. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
4. Promotion commences 14/09/15 and closes at 5pm on 31/12/15. $1,000 prize draw will take place at the offices of RE/MAX Strategic, Suite 902, 9 Sherwood Rd, Toowong, Qld 4066 at 11:00am EST on 12/01/16.
5. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone and his/her name will be published on 12/01/16 on the RE/MAX Strategic website at
www.remax-strategic.com.au. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. One entry will be drawn at random. The winner will receive a cheque to the value of $1,000. Total prize value is $1,000.
7. If the winner cannot be contacted by 5pm on 12/04/16, the promoter will redraw the prize until a contactable winner has been located and the prize has been claimed. Redraw will take place at the Promoter’s offices (Suite 902, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong, Qld 4066) at 11am on 13/04/16. The redrawn winner will be notified in writing on 13/04/16. Winner’s name will be published on 13/04/16 on the RE/MAX Strategic website.
