Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof
of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their
companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be
ineligible for a Minor Prize or Major Prize.
Entrants (and their companion) must, in order to be declared the Major
Prize winner, be able to travel to the Clare Valley, SA from either
Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, VIC between Monday 4th January 2016 and
Thursday 30th June 2016 (Travel Completion Date).
The Major Prize winner must book all travel with the prize provider a
minimum of thirty (30) days in advance. All travel must be booked by
5.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 31st May 2016.
Travel is not permitted during the following blackout periods:
Friday 22nd January 2016 – Wednesday 27th January 2016;
Friday 12th February 2016 – Monday 15th February 2016;
Thursday 24th March 2016 – Wednesday 30th March 2016;
Friday 22nd April 2016 – Tuesday 26th April 2016;
Friday 6th May 2016 – Monday 9th May 2016;
Friday 10th June 2016 – Tuesday 14th June 2016.
The Wine Tour component of the Major Prize is not able to be taken on any of
the following dates in 2016:
Wednesday 13th January, Friday 29th January, Friday 5th February,
Wednesday 10th February, Friday 12th February, Thurs 18th February,
Friday 26th February, Thursday 3rd March, Wednesday 9th March,
Thursday 17th March, Friday 25th March, Monday 28th March, Tuesday
29th March, Wednesday 13th April, Thursday 21st April.
Dates and schedules of the Major Prize are not under the Promoter’s
control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility
for any date or schedule changes.
To be eligible for the Car Hire component of the Major Prize, entrants
and/or their companion must be the holder of a valid full Australian
drivers licence.

If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their
companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order
to be eligible to win and participate in the Major Prize.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 6.00am (AEDT) on Monday 9th November 2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 11.59pm (AEDT) on Sunday 22nd

During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online
entry form in the manner required, including by:
(a) providing their full name, age, contact telephone number, and
current and valid email address; and
(b) answering in 25 words or less the question: "Who you love to
share your wine time with” (Answer).
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with
the Judging Criteria.
Major Prize Judging:
The Judges will select the two (2) entries deemed to be the “best” (one
(1) from NSW and one (1) from VIC) (based on the Judging Criteria in
the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries
received within the Promotion Period and award each of those entrants
one (1) Major Prize.
Minor Prize Judging:
The Judges will select the eight (
entries deemed to be the next “best”
(four (4) from NSW and four (4) from VIC) (based on the Judging
Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid
entries received within the Promotion Period and award each of those
entrants one (1) Minor Prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to
receive further information from Taylors Wines Pty Limited and Wakefield
Wines Pty Limited if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when
completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to
Taylors Wines Pty Limited and Wakefield Wines Pty Limited (including
for the purposes of direct marketing via email and SMS). Entrants may at
any time unsubscribe from communications from Taylors Wines Pty
Limited and Wakefield Wines Pty Limited by following the unsubscribe
procedure contained in Taylors Wines Pty Limited and Wakefield Wines
Pty Limited communications sent to subscribers.

Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by the Judges by 10.00am
(AEDT) on Wednesday 25th November 2015 at the Promoter’s premises
to determine two (2) Major Prize winners (one (1) from NSW and one (1)
from VIC) and eight (
Minor Prize winners (four (4) from NSW and four
(4) from VIC). All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging
Criteria. The winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of
Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry submitted during the Promotion Period will be
individually judged by the Judges based on creativity, uniqueness and
appeal for radio.
Prize Details Minor Prize
There are up to eight (
Minor Prizes to be won. Each Minor Prize will
comprise of the following:
(a) One (1) x Taylor’s Wines twin pack of wine, valued at up to $70.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be four (4) Minor Prize winners
from NSW and four (4) Minor Prize winners from VIC.
Major Prize
There are up to two (2) Major Prizes to be won.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be one (1) Major Prize winner from
NSW and one (1) Major Prize winner from VIC.
The Major Prize winners will each receive one (1) travel prize for the
winner and one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or
older to be determined by the Major Prize winner and approved by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to Clare Valley, SA for up to
three (3) nights, to be taken before Thursday 30th June 2016, valued at
up to $2500.
Each Major Prize comprises of the following components:
(a) Two (2) adult return economy flights from the Australian capital
city in the state of the winner’s ordinary residential address
(either Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, VIC) to Adelaide, SA
(inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges);
(b) Four (4) days compact car hire from Adelaide Airport (car hire
company subject to availability at time of booking, as determined
by the Promoter and/or prize provider in their sole discretion)
(Car Hire);
(c) Three (3) nights’ minimum 4 star accommodation at Clare
Country Club, Clare Valley, SA, twin share, (including breakfast
daily for two (2) people), to be shared by the winner and their
companion;
(d) One (1) dinner for two (2) at Connors Restaurant and Bar at
Clare Country Club, to be shared by the winner and their
companion, valued at $200;

(e) One (1) Wine Tour for the winner and their companion, at Taylors
Estate, Clare Valley (Wine Tour);
(f) One (1) Taylors Wines assorted 12 pack of wine for the winner,
valued at $240.
Each Major Prize is valued at up to $2,740.
Additional Major Prize Terms and Conditions
The Major Prize winners must confirm and book the Major Prize
by 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 30th May 2016. The Major Prize
winner must book all travel a minimum of thirty (30) days in
advance.
Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets.
Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of
the tickets.
Car Hire is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the chosen
Car Hire company as determined by the Promoter and/or prize
provider. Winner may be required to sign a legal release and
other documentation as provided by the Car Hire company.
Winner must provide the Car Hire company with a copy of their
full valid driver’s licence prior to the Car Hire period. The Winner
is solely responsible for any fuel costs, insurance costs and
insurance excesses (if any) associated with the Car Hire
component of the Major Prize (as determined by the Promoter in
its sole and absolute discretion).
The winner and their companion may be required to sign a code
of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form
determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to
participating in the Major Prize. Failure to do so as determined by
the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will
result in the Major Prize winner forfeiting their Major Prize.
All components of the Major Prize are to be arranged by a
representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the
Promoter in its sole discretion. All ticketing is electronic and
paper tickets will not be issued.
Redeeming the Major Prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers
issued as part of the Major Prize is conditional on acceptance of
terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize
providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel
practices.
All travel must be completed prior to the Travel Completion Date
of Thursday 30th June 2016 and is subject to availability which
may depend on applicable blackout periods (as set out in Entry
Restrictions above), select seat class with airlines or specific
room category availability with accommodation partner.
The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
Spending money, additional meals, beverages, additional
activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to
insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, fuel costs, or

other costs associated with the Car Hire, not listed in the Major
Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and
his/her nominated companion as incurred.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the
airport departure/return point.
The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by
airlines or other prize suppliers as a result of an action of the
winner and/or their companion, once booking is confirmed and
ticketed.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by
a winner and/or their companion as a result of taking the Major
Prize.
It is recommended that the winner and their nominated
companion have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
No portion of the Major Prize is redeemable for cash. The Major
Prize is not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or
transferable.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any
changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the
event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the
remainder of the Major Prize shall constitute the complete and
total Major Prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further
correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated
companion.
All components of the Major Prize must be taken together and
when offered or are forfeited. Any element of the Major Prize not
taken will be deemed to be forfeited.
The Major Prize winner and their companion must travel together
and participate in the Major Prize together at all times.
If the Major Prize winner and their companion miss any of the
arranged flights, the winner will forfeit the Major Prize (at the
Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion).
The Major Prize winner and their companion must not be under
the influence of any drugs and may consume alcohol in
moderation but must not be under the influence of alcohol during
any activities to the extent that it impairs or affects their
understanding, judgment or participation in the activities, and
subject to any limitations of the Promoter, any prize supplier and
prevailing laws and regulations.
The Major Prize winner and their companion consent to the
Promoter conducting a criminal record check prior to their
participation in the Major Prize. The Promoter may, in its sole
and absolute discretion, refuse the Major Prize winner and/or
their companion’s participation in the Major Prize, if the Major
Prize winner and/or their companion have a criminal record or
any criminal charges pending. In these circumstances, the Major
Prize winner and/or their companion will forfeit all claims in

relation to the Major Prize.
The winner and their companion must be in good health and
must not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would
prohibit them from entering this promotion or participating in any
way in the prize.
The Promoter, its agents and its partnering clients may use the
winning entry and the winner’s and their companion’s names,
likeness, images and/or voices (including photograph, film or
recording of the same) from (but not limited to) their participation
in the Major Prize, in any media for an unlimited period without
further notification, compensation or remuneration for the
purpose of promoting, publicizing or marketing this promotion
(including the Major Prize and any outcome) and/or promoting
any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter and/or its partnering clients. The winner
and their companion agree that they will participate in all
reasonable promoted activities in relation to the promotion as
requested by the Promoter and its partnering agents.
Total Prize Pool Up to $5,720.
Notification of Winners The winner will be notified:
- via telephone; and/or
- via email,
by 10.00am (AEDT) on Wednesday 25th November 2015.
Prize Claim Date and
Time
The Major Prizes and Minor Prizes must be claimed by 5.00pm (AEDT)
on Friday 29th January 2016.
Prize Delivery The Major Prizes will be provided to the Major Prize winners in the form
of a travel pack. This pack will contain all e-tickets, itineraries, hotel
information and travel information for the Major Prize.
The Major Prizes will be available for collection by the Major Prize
winners from the Promoter’s premises in the state of the Major Prize
winner’s ordinary residential address. The Promoter will contact the
Major Prize winners when their Major Prize is ready for collection.
The Minor Prizes will be available for collection by the Minor
Prize winners from the Promoter’s premises in the state of the
Minor Prize winner’s ordinary residential address. The Promoter
will contact the Minor Prize winners when their Minor Prize is
ready for collection
