TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) By entering this competition, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.

2) Entry is open to residents of Australia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of NAB and the agencies or companies associated with the competition, and their immediate families (including grandparents, cousins, aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews and family by marriage and/or adoption), are not eligible to enter.

3) The competition commences at 5pm Sydney time on 09/11/2015 and closes at 5:00pm Sydney time on 25/11/2015 (the “Competition Period”).

4) To enter, entrants must complete the following three sentences via the comments field on any UBank UrHome Competition post from the UBank Facebook Page during the Competition Period,

i) The room I would renovate is ……

ii) UBank UrHome estimates the reno would cost $ ……

iii) In 25 words or less, my house deserves the love because ………….

5) Only 1 entry is permitted per person / Facebook account. If the eligibility of an entrant/entry is in dispute, UBank may resolve that dispute in its discretion.

6) All entries will be judged by a judging panel consisting of two UBank team memberson27/11/2015 at UBank’s offices (116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060).

7) The best 5 (five) valid entries, as determined by the judges based on the uniqueness and creativity of the response to “my house deserves the love because …” will each win a Bunnings voucher to the value of $1,000. The total Prize Pool is $5,000.

Redemption of the Prize is subject to the issuer’s standard terms and conditions of use (available at bunnings.com.au). Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

9) This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winners. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10) Winners will be notified by the Private Facebook Message via the Facebook account used to submit the winning entry.

11) Prizes must be claimed by 15/12/2015 otherwise that winner will forfeit the prize. To claim a Prize, Winners must respond to private facebook message with their postal address.

12) The Prize will be delivered to the Winner by registered postUBank may request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated Prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of UBank.

13) If for any reason the Prize is unavailable, UBank reserves the right in its discretion to provide a substitute prize to equal value, subject to any written direction from a relevant regulatory authority.

14) If any Prizes are forfeited, a judging panel will select such further Winning Entries as are required in order to allocate any forfeited Prizes. This will occur on 21 October 2015 using the same criteria and at the same location as in paragraph 7 above. Winners of any forfeited Prizes will be notified by 23 October 2015 via Facebook private message.

15) UBank has no control over telecommunications networks and accepts no responsibility for problems associated with them. Entries deemed received at the time of receipt into UBank’s database, not at the time of transmission. Entries submitted using any form of automated entry device or software are ineligible. Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry will be deemed invalid. UBank accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, transmission interruption, tampering, theft, destruction failure or otherwise.

16) All entries will become UBank’s property. Each entry must be entrant’s original work and entrants agree that UBank may make copies of or publish their entry in any form or media. Entrants warrant that their entry is not, and its use by UBank will not be, in breach of any person’s intellectual property rights or any other rights.

17) UBank does not warrant and makes no representations that any Prize will be fit for any purpose or will be of merchantable quality. If liability under any terms implied at law cannot be excluded, the liability of UBank and its associated agencies is limited to the re-supply of the Prize or the cost of its re-supply.

18) If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion is affected for any reason, UBank may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition. UBank may disqualify any individual who tampers (or benefits from the tampering) with the entry process or the conduct of the competition or who has, in UBank’s opinion, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the reputation of UBank or has breached these Conditions of Entry .

19) UBank will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the Prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

20) UBank accepts no responsibility for the tax implications of Prize winnings.

21) The personal information entrants provide will be used by UBank, and may be disclosed to its agents, solely to conduct the competition and distribute the Prize.
